Hello and welcome. In this video we'll walk through a new accountability tool, the 2026 College, Career, and Military Readiness Tracker, the dashboard application. This dashboard application is currently available in Teal. And just like the spreadsheet version of the CCMR Tracker, this is an informational tool designed to give you an early preview of CCMR related data to support local planning and decision-making. The dashboard includes students reported in grades 9 through 12 in the October 2025 PEIMS snapshot, along with 2025 annual graduates and non-graduates. And you can view CCMR outcomes across multiple indicators in this view. Part two of the CCMR Tracker will be released later this summer and will include updated data through the 2024 through 2025 school year. As you're reviewing this tracker, keep in mind that this is lagging data, so it doesn't include
results from the 2025 through 2026 school year. To get started, we'll log into Teal. Now, select the 2026 CCMR Tracker Part 1. Then, select the purple CCMR Tracker application button in the center. After selecting the application, you'll see the dashboard interface on your screen right away. At the bottom of the page, you'll notice several tabs at the bottom. The CCMR Tracker 9 through 12 tab is likely familiar as it aligns closely with what you see in the spreadsheet version of this tracker. This shows which students have earned CCMR credit, and students who have met a CCMR indicator are marked with a yes in that CCMR credit column in the center, displayed in bright green. The feature I want to highlight is the report filters feature. These filters allow you to customize how your data is
viewed in multiple ways. First, you'll select the orange report filters button at the top right-hand corner. And you'll see multiple options for refining your data view. In this example, let's say I wanted to see 11th graders who have met CCMR in a particular high school. I'll start filtering by campus. Select the desired high school. Next, I'll filter by grade level and select grade level 11. And to see which 11th graders have earned CCMR credit, I'll select yes for CCMR credit. When you're finished, select close report filters to exit out of the blue filter screen. And now you're viewing a customized status set showing only those 11th grade students at that high school who earned CCMR credit. If you'd like to confirm which filters are applied to the screen you're viewing right now, you can select
the downward-facing triangle at the top right-hand corner. And this tells you what are your active filters in your current view. You also have the option to export this filtered view as a spreadsheet. I'll go here and select export data. And you can also sort this data in multiple ways, allowing you to further tailor the data to meet your specific needs. To return to the original view, you'd select reset filters at the top. And now you're back to the original sheet. In addition to the CCMR tracker 9 through 12 tab, there are other tabs available at the bottom of the dashboard. These include the TSI reading language arts details tab. You also see details for TSI math and a CCMR tracker view for 2025 graduates. For all of these tabs, you also have the option to
export your data in a specific way. We hope that this dashboard application allows you to easily customize and explore your data in ways that support monitoring CCMR. Thank you very much.
