001Good evening everyone. I now call this special board meeting of Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District Trustees to order. The time is now 5:00 pm. Assistant Secretary Mr. Martinez, do we have a quorum? And was this meeting posted properly? >> Yes, it was. >> Reversed that order and I almost got it right. Thank you so much, Miss Garcia. Do we have anyone signed up to speak under citizens participation? Let the record show there are no uh speakers tonight under item number two. We'll move on to item number three, action items. At this time, we will move into close session. The board will now recess in close session pursuant to one or more of the following sections of the Texas Government Code 551.071 and 551.07. 074. No action will be taken while the board is in close session. The time is now 5:01 p.m. The board will now reconvene into open session. The time is now 10:53 p.m. No action was taken while the board was in close session. There being no further business before this board, this meeting is adjourned at 10:53 p.m. Thank you.
