The time is now 5:00 p.m. Mrs. Guy, has this meeting been properly posted? >> It was. >> And do we have a quorum? >> We do. >> Thank you very much. We'll move on to item two, citizens participation. Miss Garcia, has anyone signed up to address the board today? Let the record show no one has signed up to address the board. We'll move into item three, action items. Closed agenda. At this time, the board will now recess into close session pursuant to one or more of the following sections of the Texas Government Code, sections 551.071 and 551.074. No action will be taken while the board is in close session. The time is now 5:01 p.m. >> Oh, right. No way. Just do it. >> The board will now reconvene into open session.
