005and tonight I'll be speaking to you about this month's character trait, loyalty. Loyalty is about big promises or dramatic moments. It is about what you do when no one is keeping score. It's staying true to people who you who matter to you. It's showing up when things get uncomfortable. It's choosing respect even when it would be easier to turn away or stay silent. In school, loyalty can be as simple as backing up a friend, putting effort into a team, or honoring the trust a teacher places in you. It also means being loyal to yourself, holding on to your values when pressure tries to rewrite them. Loyalty doesn't mean being perfect or agreeing with everyone. It means caring enough to stay honest and committed. When we choose loyalty, we build trust, and trust is what holds
