001Good morning. Today is Friday, June the 5th, 2026. This is the second of two proposed or two public hearings regarding proposed amendments to 19 TAC Chapter 89, specifically 89.105, 1 05 891040 89 uh 1075 and 891125. It's 9:30 a.m. No one has arrived to provide public testimony accordingly. We're going to hold the meeting open for approximately 15 minutes to see if anyone does show up. If at the end of 15 minutes, if no one has arrived to provide public testimony, then today's public hearing will conclude at that time. Good morning, Mr. Alamman. Are you interested in providing public testimony today? >> Good morning. I'm just here to monitor if anyone speaks today. Thank you. >> Very good, sir. Uh, at this time, there's no one else in the meeting, but I'm going to hold it open till 9:45 in case someone does show up. >> Very good. Thank you. Absolutely.
