Board members present today are Holly Conway and myself Al Flanigan. Two members of the authority constitute a quorum for the purposes of canvasing an election. We did not have anybody sign up for open forum. Uh, next we're going to canvas our election election results for the November 4th, 2025 election. Total votes cast 3,779. Four, the voter approved tax rate election is 1,91 1,915 against 1,864. We have a motion to take action on an order canvasing the returns of a voter approval tax rate election held in the district on November 4th, 2025. >> I'll second that. And discussion between the two of us? I don't think so. All in favor? This concludes our agenda for this evening. Do we have a motion to adjurnn? >> I'll second that. All those in favor, we raise our hands. >> Meeting is now adjourned.
