001All right, good evening everybody. Today is May 1st, 2026. Uh we're here for the purposes for an emergency closed session. Um I will entertain a motion to enter closed session for character and competence, but first we do have to um stand for the pledge of allegiance. I'll go ahead and get us started, too. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, [clears throat] with liberty Thank you, everybody. Um is there a motion on the table? I make a motion to enter closed session for character and competence on today, May 1st, 2026. And then, Amanda, would you also just refine the motion to say that we'll adjourn immediately at the end of the closed session, please?
