I call this May 13th, 2026 public meeting of the administration committee to order at 4:31 p.m. The administration committee will now make a motion on May 13th, 2026 to go into closed meeting to one, discuss personnel matters pursuant to section 2.2-3711A1 of the Code of Virginia, and two, consult with legal counsel regarding specific matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel pursuant to section 2.2-3711A7 and A8 of the Code of Virginia. Specifically, A, personnel matters, and B, federal and state civil rights laws. Do I have a second a motion? Mr. Moon, do I have a second? Ms. Anderson, all those in favor? That is unanimous for all board members present. This public meeting is now recessed at uh 4:32 p.m. and the committee will now meet in closed session.
