So, in order to comply with section 2.23712D of the code of Virginia is necessary for the committee to certify that since the Fairfax County School Board audit committee convened a closed meeting on January 5th, 2026, to the best of each member's knowledge, only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were heard, discussed, and considered by the committee during the closed meeting. Do I have a motion? Mr. Moon, seconded by Miss St. John Cunning. All those in favor, everyone at the table. Thank you. This uh meeting is adjourned. There was no action taken.
