In order to comply with the section 2.23712D 3712D of the Code of Virginia is necessary for the committee to certify that since the Fairfax County School Board audit committee convene in closed meeting on November 17th, 2025 to the best of each member's knowledge only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were heard, discussed or considered by the committee during the closed meeting. Do I have a motion? Mr. McDaniel second, Mr. Moon. All those in f including Miss St. John Cunning who is online. Thank you all. And at uh 553 we are ajourned.
