My name is Aaron Franco. I worked with the tech department and I provide IT services across the district. I went to Silver Ridge first, and then after that I went to Silverdale From there and went to CK junior high and then graduated from Central Kitsap High School in 2004. I was an ASB member, I was the treasurer. I was in Culture Club. I was in a singing group called Voices of Unity for CK. So we did a few songs here and there. Graduation songs and what not. Track, track and field. I did drama, shout out to Miss Rice. I did The Wiz and some other performances. We would always break dance. As part of the unofficial break dance club. We couldn't really have an official break dance club. Rick. The security guard, Rest in Peace

Rick. He was amazing. And he would always just say, hey, I'm going to go hang out around here just to make sure that you guys are just just behaving and whatnot. So for him to allow us to break dance in the school after hours, when, you know, our crew, we really didn't have much to do after school. So for him to open up an activity like that was, was it was really awesome. I was a senior CK high school. I worked at target and they were like, hey, do you want to work electronics? I'm like, okay, let's do electronics. So, you know, growing up I was able to kind of like help my dad with his computer. Then I got into electronics and I just remember talking about specifications of cameras. Or will this DVD

work with this Blu ray player? Things like that. So then I joined the Navy as an interior communications electrician specialist. Electronics on the flight deck was was a big specialty of mine. And then from there I did a couple of tours and deployments. Went to school for business management while working for, for Apple worked for AppleCare for a little bit. And then helps, with their social media department after Apple, woke up one day and I just wanted to help people within our community, I started working at DSHS here in Bremerton, providing cash, food and medical benefits and just the resources just to help anybody within the community. And and then from there, it took a little bit of time off to kind of reassess life. And then I really tried to find a job where

I can put all of this stuff together and CK had a posting, and I'm like, I'm going to do it. Growing up, the the community was was everything. Teachers. Staff. Students. Volunteers. The local person working at the grocery store. It's just those good vibes. Growing up is something that I really wanted to contribute to, and I feel like I'm doing that right now and and I'm enjoying it. Everybody's working, so hard and I see it, and that's what makes me want to work even harder, you know? Just just because everybody else is now, it's just it's just cool to see the energy that everybody puts out there. And I appreciate it. And and I hope to put out that same great energy that everybody has given to me since I've been here to just know

that you're helping towards the success of a teacher, a staff member, admin operations, student supports, nurses, health services, knowing that you can be that that person and that advocate. That's a big thing. I just want people to have a good day. And if their tech is working, they're going to have a good day.
