This is kind of a big deal because this is a fairly new tradition and we just keep getting better each and every single year. So, this year we decided that we You want to come stand right by me? Okay. This year we decided that we were going to add a

theme to the fashion show and all of the props that you see are actually made by our interior design class, which is pretty amazing. Um I have a couple of honorable mentions just right before we get start Oh, if you're going to be here, you got to be by me. K, to get started. Jess, you're going to have to grab him. Sorry guys, life of a teacher with little kids. You get a show from the whole fam damily. >> [laughter] >> Now strut the rest of the way off. Just kidding. Okay, first and foremost, I want to thank the entire Allsop family. K, we have Miss Maya Allsop as our MC. She is graciously doing this even though she is not a fabric arts teacher, but just loves me a whole lot. So, thank you

Maya Allsop. >> [applause] >> K, we have Mrs. Marla Allsop. She is in charge of a lot of the behind-the-scenes things that you see including some of our sound stuff, some of our set stuff. She's the one that when I said, "Hey, I want to do this." she said, "Great. I might know how to do that." So, thank you Mrs. Marla Allsop. >> [applause] >> K, last in the Allsop family is Mr. Jeff Allsop. Jeff took time out of his um prep time this week to help build our entire stage. There was a lot of creative minds that had to mind meld and he was the one that made sure that he knew how to engineer it all. So, thank you so much Mr. Jeff Allsop. >> [applause] >> K, also a big thank you

to my freshman boys who skipped [snorts] their 1-hour lunch on Tiger Day to literally come and help me build this stage because they just think or haven't figured out yet that I'm not that cool. So, thank you to the freshman boys. >> [applause] >> Okay. As I said, the interior design class did a huge favor to us by making all of our props, but that is led by Mrs. Andrea Anderson. Andy has been such a huge help to me. She has been here as late as I have been here. She has been here all of the minutes that I have been here. I'm so, so grateful. We could not do the fashion show without Andy. So, thank you guys so, so much. On there back there, thank thank you. >> [applause] >> Okay. So, enough

Ladies with an attitude. [music] Fellas, if you're in the mood, don't just stand there, let's get to it.

[music] Strike a pose. Oh. >> [music] >> Oh. >> [music] [music] >> And finally, we present our upcycled streetwear collection, where creativity meets sustainability. In this segment, designers take pre-loved and forgotten materials and transform them into bold, fresh, one-of-a-kind pieces. Every garment tells a story, blending streetwear style with responsible design choices, and proving that fashion can be both expressive and eco-conscious. No leftovers here. These designs are pure main course material. >> [music] [music] >> Here it is, a groove slightly transformed. Just a bit of a break from the norm. [music] Just a little something to break the monotony of all that hardcore dance that has gotten to be a little bit out of control. It's cool to dance, but what about a groove [music] that soothes and moves romance? Give me a soft, subtle mix.

And if it ain't broke, then don't try [music] to fix it. And think of the summers of the past. Adjust the bass and let the Alpine blast. Pop in my CD and let me run [music] a rhyme and put your car on cruise and lay back cuz it's summertime. >> [music] [music] >> School is out and there's sort of a buzz. But back then I didn't really know what it was. But now I see what happened [music] is the way that people respond to summer madness. The weather is hot and girls are dressing less than checking out the fellas to tell them who's best. [music] Riding around in your Jeep or your Benzos or in your Nissan sitting on Lorenzos. Back in Philly we be out in the park. A place called the Plateau [music]

is where everybody go. Guys out hunting and girls doing likewise. Hawking at the honey in front of you with the light eyes. She turned around to see what you be vibing at. [music] It's like the summer's a natural aphrodisiac. And whether fair or bad I compose this rhyme to hip you and to get you equipped for the summertime. >> [music] [music] >> It's late in the day [music] and I ain't been on the court yet. Hustle to the mall to get me a short set. Yeah, I got [music] on sneaks but I need a new pair cuz basketball courts in the summer got girls there. The temperature's about [music] 88. Having a water plug just for old time's sake. Break to your crib, change your clothes once more cuz you're invited [music] to a barbecue

that's starting at 4. Sitting with your friends as y'all reminisce about the days growing up and the first person you kissed. And as I think back makes me wonder [music] how the smell from a grill can spark up nostalgia. All the kids playing out front, little boys messing around with the girls playing double dutch. While the DJ [music] spinning a tune as the old folks dance at your family reunion. Then 6:00 rolls around. You just finished [music] wiping your car down. It's time to cruise, so you go to the summertime hangout and looks like a car show. Everybody [music] come looking real fine, fresh from the barber shop or driving from the beauty salon. >> [music] >> Every moment fronting and maxing, chilling in the car they spent all day waxing. Leaning to the side,

but you can't speed through 2 miles an [music] hour, so everybody sees you. There's an air of love and of happiness and this is the Fresh Prince's new definition of summer madness. >> [music] [singing] [music] >> Pick myself up, turn the world on its head. Don't forget [music] what, don't forget what my mama said. People talking since the beginning of time. Unless they're paying your bills, pay them no mind. >> [music] >> And if I fly or if I fall, at least I can say I gave it all. And if I fly or if I fall, at least I can say I gave it all. [music] >> [music] [music] >> Before Mrs. Morris comes up here, I think we should give her a round of applause for inspiring all of these young artists. Excellent work.

Thank you so much. Okay. We are going to wait for just a sec for all of the fashion show participants to come in. And particularly, I want all of the designers to join me on stage. Whether they're out in the audience watching their models, all the designers to the stage. They listen about as good as they do in class. All of the designers to the stage. Come up here. COME UP HERE. >> [applause] >> I'M GOING TO GO CHECK. PERFECT. Keep coming in here. KEEP COMING IN HERE. KEEP GOING. WE'VE GOT MORE. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Okay. This represents three classes of fabric arts students. Okay? Our our fabric arts classes have grown so so much. All of these students have participated and spent tens if not hundreds of hours in prepping, planning,

producing all of these wonderful looks. Do not leave, but we are going to give you a round of applause. >> [applause] >> All right. Now, I don't know if you guys have heard, but it is senior skip day. So, we're missing several. But, I do just want to um call attention to a couple of seniors. When I say your name, just step forward, wave, step back. So, first of all, we have Alex Estrada Angel. She's in Mexico. So, she's not here. Um Yasmine. Ilea. Kailyn Lass. >> [applause] >> Donnie Holbrecht. Saslyn Semina. And Andrea Catala. >> [applause] >> Thank you guys so much for all of your work. Now, we sweetened the pot a little bit this year because we told them that we were going to do some awards. So, while I confer with

the judges that be, we are going to have a 3-minute recess where all of the kids can come and rock walk the runway while I get the name of the winners. Now, kiddos, you saw all of the models. So, if you need a little help, go and grab them by the hand. You guys have got 3 minutes. >> [music] [music] >> Pay the toll to the angels, draw a circle in the clouds. >> [music] >> Keep your mind on the distance when the devil comes around. Hold me in your [music] arms tonight in the magic of the dark moonlight. Save me from the epic [music] fight in the game of life >> [music] >> like a poem said by a lady in red. Hear the last few words of [music] your life. >> [singing] >>

With a haunting dance, now you're both in a trance. It's time to cast your >> [music] >> spell on the night. Abracadabra, I'm on a lunar opera. Abracadabra, >> [music] >> abracadabra. >> [music] [music] [singing] [music] >> Okay. Thank you for allowing my kids to, you know, utilize all of this room. So, our very first award actually goes to the best model. Now, we had quite a bit of a deliberation because there were so many great models. However, best model and the winner of a StarBeast $25 gift card is Trenton Taylor. >> [screaming] >> Trenton Taylor. Where's Trenton? Is he >> [applause] >> Oh, you might have to tell him from the gym that they should come in for this part. Must be present to win. >> [laughter] >> Sorry. We'll announce it again. Everyone

act surprised, ready? You're [laughter] good. I told them they had to stay in the gym. That was probably my bad. Next year, guys. Next year. >> [laughter] >> Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Are they back behind there? Uh and it was a hard decision, but we DECIDED ON TRENTON TAYLOR as the best model overall. [screaming] Perfect. >> [applause] >> Okay. The second award is actually for the best prop. Our favorite prop was made by Miss Sassalin Semina. It was the taco, aka purse. Where's Sass? Perfect. Perfect. Good job, Sass. All right. Our next award goes to best follow-through. Now, as we were going through the process of trying to decide what we were making for the fashion show, there were a lot of students that had great ideas that as they started doing it, they

realized this was not such a great idea. And then we had some students that after trying After trying it, they decided this is not my aesthetic. However, the award for best follow-through, i.e., had an idea, saw to fruition, did not deviate, goes to Raymond Heist for his crazy jorts. Raymond Heist. >> [applause] [applause] >> Okay. Yeah, come out. Show the shorts. Show the shorts. SHOW THE SHORTS. YES. [screaming] >> [applause] >> PERFECT. THANKS, PABLO. OKAY. I'm going to wait. Our last award It's okay. Our last award goes for most consistent aesthetic. Now, throughout the entire year, everything that we've made, if I looked at it, I could tell you exactly what designer made this. Okay? She will often refer to her fashion as Y2K fashion. And tonight was very much shown. So, Ms. Kylie Badly,

most consistent aesthetic. >> [cheering] [applause] >> All right. Let's give one round of applause again for 2026 fashion show. >> [applause and cheering] >> See you next year. >> [applause] >> All right. Go go to your families. >> [music] [music]
