Second. Director Perkins moves to adopt the agenda as presented, second by Director Gronwall. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Nay. So moved. At 5:30 p.m. the board will go into a executive session under RCW 42.30.110f. The executive session will last for 30 minutes ending at 6:05. We're going into recess now. We are reconvening the meeting. We are now in recess. We're going to workshop. Thank you.
