001All right, I'll call. We need to order Smith >> here. >> Gardner here. order. Yes, >> uh verification that the agenda was posted on the TRG and school websites. Pledge of >> Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic which stands one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. We'll start out here with a public forum if anybody would like to come up and speak. Here's your opportunity. And we're going to start public forum with a a conversation with our W play folks. They're going to come up and talk about their experience with the W play. >> All right. Hello See, this one. >> Thank you. >> This is why I'm a director and not a tech guy. Um, hi everyone. My name is Alex Stole.

002I was one of the two directors for our competition one act the production of three. Um unfortunately Joe could not make it tonight but I am here on behalf of her and our entire cast along with these four here. I'm going to keep my part really brief because Jonah here has asked me to he wanted to give a speech and I think it's important to let a senior who has been here longer than me take up most of this time. But I first off wanted to just give you all a huge thank you for supporting our show and a special thank you to Mr. Mr. Green and Mr. Lner for supporting us, helping us out with everything, um, letting us stay overnight in Steven's Point. You know, the show itself is amazing and the students

003will remember it, but the real memories are made in that hotel when the show's over and they're just having fun all together. So, um, just for everyone who doesn't know, we did make it to state this year and we got three awards for best actors. We got an award for Jonah Brader, Mason Coner, and Duran Osborne, who could not be here with us tonight, but I am extremely proud of all of the work that all of these people put into. I am really grateful for Joe Joe Elmer helping me out and really like being my mentor to figure out how to direct a show. Um, and thank you all again. I'm going to pass it over to Jonah because he has something prepared for all of you tonight. >> Thank you, Mr. Soul. I'm going

004to keep this pretty short even though it is anything but short. Good evening everybody. My name is Jonah Brader. Thank you Mr. Soul for the introduction. I have been a part of the loyal drama program for the past 3 years and I participated in the loyal drama club my freshman year of high school. Through all of my years involved in drama, no production has challenged me or our cast quite like did this season. This play pushed every single one of us in ways we never expected. We worked every day to bring our characters to life, to trust each other, and to come together as one unified cast to create the best production we possibly could. Each of us has grown tremendously thanks to our director's guidance and thanks to your guys' support. This play stands

005out because of its heavy but important message about bullying and suicide. By telling this story, we aren't just performing a play. We were sharing something meaningful with our community and our schools. I believe we made a real impact on many people in our schools and beyond, even if that's not spoken every day. At our recent competition in Stevens Point, our group brought home several awards. Mason, Ryan, and I receiving that outstanding actor award for our performances, though I really think that more of our cast members were deserving of the award. We also earned an allstate award for advancing to the competition. Our state performance was by and large the strongest production we've ever created. It was the best show I've ever been a part of and I think all of us feel the same way.

006Uh I I really think that everybody stepped up their performance. It was a really awesome moment for all of us. Our ensemble grew so much from that first rehearsal to the final curtain and our makeup, costumes, tech and everything constantly improved. Our storytelling was very powerful. enough to earn a critic's choice in my eyes, but not the eyes of the judges. Even without those awards, I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished this year. I want to take a moment to thank our directors, especially Mr. Skull, for stepping in and being a little uncomfortable with us those first few weeks, but he he figured it out pretty quick. Our our our director's dedication, high expectations, and belief in us made this whole production possible. They taught us not only the skills behind acting, but they taught

007us to really communicate, lead, and support one another and to trust the process. I'm very grateful for my friends and my castmates that also showed up every day, ready to work, ready to improve, and ready to push me as well. Drama has really been a crucial part of helping me grow as a leader. It's taught me to manage responsibility, how to work under pressure, how to be confident, communicating in front of others, and how to get up at 6:30 every morning. These skills will stay with me long after high school. Again, I would like to thank you guys, the board, for your ongoing support of our drama program. It means a lot to me and it means a lot to our communities. Thank you guys so much for giving us the opportunity to share our

008story. seven total times this year, the most I've ever performed and play across both of our schools and for both of our communities. Uh, also thank you for allowing us to stay over at Steven's Point. Having that hotel made logistics a lot easier before our competition and made the entire experience a lot more memorable for all of us. Lastly, thank you for helping me personally grow as a leader, a public speaker, and a friend to all of my new friends from Greenwood. Drama has truly been a highlight of my high school career and I will trade it for the world. Thank you guys. Just like last year, John stole all my words. So, I I don't have much, but um I do genuinely want to thank each and every single one of you for all

009the commitment and all the stuff we do is supported by you guys. So, thank you so much. And it's beautiful how much we have grown together and even from last year to this year having this joint board meeting too. Phenomenal, you know, got to love it. But um yeah, I wouldn't have known this guy without a play would have like grown to be the leader I am today, too. And uh I love it. You know, I wouldn't be who I am. But um this play hit hard for me, I guess. uh bullying, depression, suicide, that was always something we never really got to talk about. Always kind of taboo, but this play made it easier for people to understand, listen, and grow. And when, you know, Mr. Green said, "We want you to perform it

010for the student body." It was fantastic to me because we always welcome these presenters, but this play meant more than just a presenter. Somebody saying words compared to a story that can touch so many. And like Aspen for me in recent years was painful for me cuz that affected my family. And the amount of work and dedication that we put into this just shows how much support we can give to those people that are still struggling too. So thank you. Thank you so much for all of your support that you've gone through to help us with making this play the best that we could and getting all the props and everything and supporting the money for staying at the hotel in Stephen's Point even though it's an hour away. So just thank you. Just to

011keep it short, just thank you for everything to help make us letting us make play possible. I'll just say thank you one more time. Seriously, the support you have given us all is just phenomenal. And I know it's huge to have not only these four students here, but all of the students in the production and other students as well. I had students both at Loy and Greenwood come up to me after the show and say how much the show meant to them. So, thank you so much. >> Yeah, thank you. And I I want to echo what you guys have all said about the performance, but I think it's really important for people to know I truly believe I've been doing this not as long as Mr. in there. He's a lot older than I

012am. Um, but long enough to have invested different districts dollars in public speakers coming into our into various districts to talk about very tough conversations with kids and far and above your your performance was far and above what I've ever paid for. um to have a presenter come in and your message was so powerful for for our kids to hear. So really the thank you goes to you and your cast for what you did and the message that you you spread to a whole bunch of other people. Job well done. >> I would agree with it. Right. uh when you did the performance in Loyal for our student body of 6 through 12 uh I still I still still hear the impacts already of how unbelievable not only the actors and the whole story but

013what it meant. So I thank you guys. Um, I'm thrilled that uh we co-op this and you have the opportunity to grow and be a leader and do as well as you have in the last couple years at at S. So, congratulations. Thank you. You do not have to sit through the whole presentation meeting if you want to hold me. All righty. Thank you. Before we move on, is there any other public forum? Anybody want to talk before we get into the discussion of possibilities? If not, we'll move on. Facility study update. my rooms. >> Good evening. Um, I want to see that play. So, I'm I'm anxious to hopefully find it on YouTube or something. Um, or maybe a personal performance. So again, the kids did a wonderful job presenting, too. And thanking all

014of you guys. Um again, we're we're short a few people tonight, but um that's okay. We'll make it through. We got a couple emergency situations, but um we're good. Um we're going to try to Becca's going to try to get us through in 3 hours. Is that right? >> Okay. Less than an hour for sure. Um, but we got a lot of things to do. Um, we're going to go through kind of a a quick kind of re revision revisit of who we are. Um, and then uh go through the facility study process a little bit just to give everybody kind of a refresher on that. got a little timeline we want to talk about and then there's some engagement that we're going to do, little workshop kind of a thing and then um kind

015of a blueprint on kind of where we're going to take this. So Becca, I'm going to let you introduce yourself. >> Sure. >> Hi everyone. I'm Becca with our construction. This is our crew up here. I'm the little soldier here today. So just wanted to go through this because you'll see them throughout the next six months. Andrew who is the leader of the Oaklair office is where I work out of. Um he was there for the interview and he'll be the principal in charge of as we go through this facilities assessment project. Megan who's the market leader for education for fire construction couldn't make it tonight. Family emergency she's going to be integral part to the task force and all the things going forward. Myself as an education specialist which is what I mean I

016do 100% of my job is working with school districts on their communications and other facilities assessment projects. And then Lee Spler is out of the WASA office and he will do like a lot of the budgeting and stuff. They're going to do the facilities assessment and then we walk through what those real-time costs and stuff would be if you had projects like fixes of different buildings today. >> I'm Tim Herbert. I'm architect. I'll be lead with Brad here as well doing the facility study and going through the facility. Grant Simus and HSR again um architect landscape architect will be in all three of us will be heavily involved um along with Megan and Andrew again. So yeah, we're anxious to get going. Um this is kind of a description of what the work we've done

017in the in the state of Wisconsin. We do a lot of uh projects throughout the HSR's on the left, Myers's on the right, and um a lot of school, again, like we've said before, mostly school districts similar to yours, even though they're all different, and we know that, but I like to call them more rural school districts, and we do that by choice. We we don't we prefer working for folks like you guys. That's the bottom line. Uh so some pictures some some past projects that we collaborated together. Uh and basically um small districts big impact. Um it's kind of the common theme for all these type of projects that we get involved with. So talking a little bit more about uh what we're talking about today potential consolidation and facility assessment. Um so we

018set up during the interview some of the discussions of a baseline understanding um based on understanding of potential consolidation. You guys have done a great job to get to this point. Um holding a joint meeting doing a lot of other great things to get to this point. Um doing a financial um analysis with Baron and others as well. Um so a lot of good work. Um so our main task was really understanding a lot of that previous work and getting up to speed to be honest. Um and then looking at potential consolidation, one of the things that we really want to dive into and continue to dive into is potential savings. Um that is really the root of this um is about efficiency and keeping that to at heart. Um we also want to make

019sure that we keep in mind enhanced student opportunities. Um we do believe that through this conversation we can actually enhance those conversations and make this a better environment for the students that come to these uh come to this district and then stage planning and efficient use of tax money as well. Um those three key drivers um we're keeping back of our mind um throughout all of this planning. we'll have good conversations. Um, but those are kind of the three-up things that we want to really evaluate to do this. Um, we've done a lot of this thing up to this point. We'll continue to do a lot of this thing. We want to gain a lot of input and a lot of different discussions. Um, so we want to hear from really everybody that any involvement

020as a stakeholder. Um, so we'll have a little listening tonight. We started that interview. Um we will talk more about some of the staff interviews that we'll complete as well. Um but listening is really a key part of this um and to really gather that input um to provide um objective data um so being from the outside coming in we can look at data and look at that and really use data as a resource to move competition forward. Um and then engage with community and staff um and we'll talk more about how we're planning on doing both of those as well. So consolidation pathway um when we met as a group um we started to lay out kind of a road map of basically the timeline um what's important with this timeline is that it

021is a long time period and that's by design. So these are actually the statutory requirements for this timeline. Um this is put together in conjunction with the district and with bear. Um basically this is what needs to happen to meet all the requirements statutoily. Um, so we want to lay it out there knowing that we have some time to kind of develop this. Um, and that we want to make sure that we work backwards and that we have ample time for each of these different steps within here. Um, that's always critical to make sure that we have um, proper planning in place so that when we reach that milestone um, that we have enough conversation to get there. Um, so we'll continue to refine this as we know more. Um but we want to kind

022of lay out a road map for really the next um up till April 23rd. Um so it's uh it'll be a long process um if we do go through the whole thing and I'm sure we'll have adjustments along the way. So talk a little bit more about the process and really a longterm solution. we are really talking about a long-term solution with any of these conversations and knowing that um this is a long-term potential conversation. Um getting good input up front is really critical. Um so we talked a little bit about some of our steps. We'll go through briefly some of the steps that we're currently in and some of the steps that we're going to be going through. Uh so information gathering um really clear study goals. Um we've met already as a core

023team twice. um continue to meet every other week uh to really establish those study goals. Um we want to make sure that we hit all the different goals of what we're actually studying and what we want to study. Um we're collecting key data. Um the district's been providing great data for us. Everything from uh transportation data to um utility information to facilities. Um we got a car load of drawings the other day. So uh we're in that phase of basically collecting as much information as we can. Um, we're engaging staff on the I believe the 8th of January um to have further conversations with the staff and then we're holding a community listening session on the 7th as well of January. Um here's a series of all the information that we're continuing to gather. Um

024we'll gather more information than even this but just some of the things that we're starting to really look into um as we put together this study. Um what we do then is we basically start investigating and do analysis of that information that we gather. Um so site building documentation over winter break uh we're going to have our team of engineers um and architectural staff go through the facilities. Uh we're going to do a threedimensional scan of all the all three facilities. Um get more in depth information. Um that will really serve well for further information down the line. Um but we'll be evaluating uh all the building systems. So mechanical, electrical plumbing systems, uh energy efficiency studies as well as safety, security, accessibility, uh materials, finishes, deferred maintenance, the educational components of all this as

025well. And then analyze space efficiency and utilization. Um those are all easier said than done, but we want to really dive into deep level planning. With all this, we'll get more into facilities master planning. um we'll basically collaborate with all these entities that we put together to put together ideas um ideas on paper that can be reviewed and discuss and that's really what that is to review multiple conceptual options. Um once we put it on paper we can push against it and see if it makes sense or not. Um and that's really to identify those both short-term as well as long-term goals and potential solutions of um how to best move forward. And then the last step is really to talk more about the master plan estimating. Um so when we have ideas um to

026know real time what the cost impacts of that would be um so cost impacts of potential construction, cost impact of potential savings, cost impact of utilization. Um, obviously cost the main driver for this conversation. We want to make sure that we have the most accurate information we can within that. Let me get into guidance. >> Okay. So, one of the drivers that we heard from you guys in your LP and in the interview was community engagement being a really big important part of this consolidation study. So, that's where we're going to start here. So once they do all the building studies from all the buildings in the two districts, we kind of at the same time we want to engage staff, community, the you know other core team members, the facilities directors like as many

027stakeholders as we can to get all the feedback and then process that data at the same time as we're processing their data. So here this is a graphic showing the engagement process. So here guys are at the board of education. We're call this your joint board. Then it keeps going into the core team which is your board chairs, the district administrators and then this team as well as your facilities managers as well. And we're overseeing the facilities assessment plan as well as strategy overall to make make this study keep going. From there then it goes to this joint task force which we're going to form which I'll get into in a minute. They're going to take data from the community listening sessions as well as staff feedback. take all of that information and at the

028end of the the task force 6 months or four months I guess it is they're going to come back to this joint board with a recommendation of what to do next where how to proceed next with the two districts in the consolidation study so this is kind of the flow that we're doing right now the the task force will come back to you and give you that recommendation in May okay this is just a this is a graphic are showing all the touch points that we're going to have in the next 5 months. It is. So the purple is staff engagement which we're talking to staff in January. The community listing session is also in January. But then the blue is this is your board meeting. We want to do reports every time this joint

029board meets just saying what's the next step? What are we learning? So you're kind of knowing the whole process cuz we really know that your community is going to ask you all what's happening, what's next, what are you learning. So we know that you're kind of the person that people trust in that. So we want you to to know things even there's not an answer yet like know things throughout the process. And then the task force meeting will um is the green section which we'll meet every other week for a while. You can go to the next one. That's you. >> So we talked a little bit about staff engagement. Um we're in the process of setting up uh discussions at both at both school districts. Um really what we want to get is upfront

030discussions going with the staff. Um the staff uh know the facilities inside and out. Um they know where maybe the challenges are. They know where the opportunities are. We want to get their input um and have them be really a part of the solution up front um and really be a part of the conversation um instead of reactive later in the process. Uh so we're having two opportunities, one in person and then we're also going to be sending out a Google questionnaire um for them to fill out as well with the goal of getting as much um data and information as we can. Um we want to make sure that's confidential and that's shared in a manner that really promotes a transparency to the process and gets that input. Um that's critical up front here.

031>> Okay. Okay. So then I brought up the community listing sessions and we did book that for January the 7th. We're going to do both schools on the same evening. Start here then go to Loyal. That information is in the in your packet as well as up here and this will go out on socials and in the group still there. Okay. Yeah. So that that's going to be an opportunity for your community to come and kind of talk about different parts of the consolidation study that maybe they have questions about things they're concerned about. We'll probably start with a presentation much like this of the journey of the facilities assessment and where we could go next. Then we're going to break off into small groups and let people talk about different topics. It kind of

032cuts out grandstanding and it lets people be heard. Maybe there's a loud voice, then this quiet person doesn't get heard. So the small group format we've we've seen works best for that. So that will be on the 7th. And I encourage all of you to, you know, your friends, neighbors, family that wonder what's going on, have them come that night to either school. Same content at both schools. The next one. Okay. So, now we'll get to your handouts in your packet. The first handout after the presentation is this facility planning joint task force overview. So, this is a summary of what we're proposing is the joint task force. And I'll get into what all of that means, but fundamentally it's going to be we want it to be about 24 people evenly split from both

033districts. And they um people to be from all walks of life. Maybe they have kids in school, maybe they're retired, maybe they never had a kid in the school and they're just taxpayers. We just really want a a wide breath of people on this task force to teach many different parts of the consolidation study and then get their feedback at the end. So this worksheet tells a little bit about who we're looking for and then what they're doing each time. Go next one. Okay, so you probably got this worksheet and this is next in your packet to the influencer worksheet and maybe you've been thinking about who you would suggest to be on this joint task force. So we're going to ask you tonight to fill this out and give it back to us and

034we'll and the district administrators will make the ask to those people and tell them what the parameters are and how many times we're meeting and all the things, but we want from you suggestions of folks to be on this task force. So that's what that worksheet is here. Um, you know, our goal, of course, is for this again to be a communitydriven solution. So, we want all walks of life. Maybe someone hates the consolidation idea. It's not bad to have that person on this task force cuz we can maybe put, you know, whatever they're worried about, we can address that head on. Okay. So then after you fill out this form, then then there's one that's a letter. This one is the next one. And after we have the task force people selected or the

035nominations, if you will, from you guys, then this letter will go out from your district administrators inviting them to join the task force. It says how often we meet. You got to show up every time. This is important. keep an open mind and also but this is your goal. Your goal as a task force members is to recommend a plan to you all in May. So it has to be someone who's willing to take on those six meetings and then come up with a solution at the end. So I just wanted you to see that so you're going to know what your friends, families or acquaintances are going to hear from this the district. So that's in there too. Okay. Go to the next one. Okay. So here's the format. There is a um this

036one that says draft on it. This is a format of every joint task force meeting and what they're talking about, what we're teaching in every meeting and it's it's going to um go back and forth and it's it's located in Loyal and it's located in Greenwood and it goes back and forth so there's no inequalities there but um the I mean in you can see it there but in short the first meeting will be of tours of both Greenwood facilities talk about purpose and expectations cons consolidation goals enrollment data Then meeting two will be a tour in Loyal facilities assessment results from HSR and talk about transportation at both districts and what that looks like if that ever merged. Um meeting three is the financial picture. So there'll be a presentation from Bayard Financial which

037does the um municipal forecasting and stuff for both districts as well as education program use as one of the drivers is to create opportunities for both districts students. Um then meeting four they'll get into consolidation option development and then five we refine that development and begin shaping a recommendation and in six we finalize that recommendation with them this joint board coming to the joint task force coming to this board in May is the goal right now. Okay. Now I'm going to have you guys do a little homework here. So the last worksheet says experience blue blueprint here. So you you probably got it ahead of time and I wanted you all to think about drivers that you want to give to the task force. Um maybe like parameters you definitely want this the this solution

038to have a certain feel and the task force has to turn it into a recommendation. still here. So to better way so you can look at the worksheet, but a better way to describe this is um this is an exercise to understand project drivers from this joint board. Creating guiding principles to reflect how the district wants the school to feel, function, and serve. Help the task force stay focused and prevent unproductive and unrealistic conversations and ensure recommendations align with the district's values, visions, and constraints. So why are we doing this? To keep the task force focused, establish shared values, avoid autorealistic directions, honor community identities, and reflect board priorities. So if you look at the worksheet, there's a couple of prompts, but the, you know, fundamentally we want to talk about the student experience, community

039identity, educational priorities, facilities and safety, and financial responsibility. As we fall, those are the great places to start for parameters as you guys are crafting this. You know, at this point, we're not necessarily looking for solutions. We're really looking for uh provide value or input um kind of to help guide the conversation. Um the task force is going to take the heavy lift lifting for a lot of these conversations. Um but we want to make sure that it starts with you guys and really establish some of these values that we want to really dive into a little bit more. So, if there are parameters that um have been reviewed, discussed, thought about, um now is the first chance. there'll be many more opportunities to provide input. Um, but here's the first chance to kind of

040lay out some of those values that we want to start to dive into as we start getting. Um, so I think the task here is to take about 10 minutes. um and go to the last page of the worksheet. Um and then start to fill it out and then we'll collect this and conversation >> and we'll take this feedback, synthesize it over the next month and come back to this joint board meeting next month and talk about general themes that you all kind of had and then go from there. Um, I'll see you all. text. What? I leave mine in the car cuz otherwise I just did something. Don't separate. Yeah. Be well. Just my eyes. Sometimes it's better to ask for forgiveness information. because of school. Okay. You got the I didn't know that

041he Perfect. Um, so I appreciate the feedback. Um, so we'll like I said, we'll continue to um record that. We'll evaluate it and then we start to record all of the conversations. Um, so appreciate all the feedback you're up front. I guess with that um you guys have any comments, questions, feedback at this point for us. I guess my question is um so we all listed people for the influencers for the task force um and I think some of us kind of talked to those people first to see if they were even interested before putting their names down maybe some of us didn't but I guess my question would be how do we go from 30 people to 10 like what is the process and who decides um kind of what that looks like. >>

042Yeah, absolutely. Great question. We had some conversations around that already. Uh so the short answer is we want to make sure that they're on board with the commitment uh that time frame because they are incremental uh with discussion. So that's one component. Um we set up a driver that we want about 12 from each um community. Um if we get more interest that's a good thing. Um I think then we'll review and see if we adjust uh the count of that and see if we want to review. What we don't necessarily want is say 50 or 60 people as part of that conversation. It's hard to really refine that if you have that number of people, but I do think we have some flexibility for the numbers. Um, we just set a target and see

043if we can get that bubble together. >> Thank you. Part of it is, you know, we want to be organized, and we are organized, but we also need to be nimble and be able to be extemporaneous throughout this process because we're going to get a lot of feedback and we need to be able to respond and listen. Um, so organization is good. Guarantee you it's going to the the the time frame probably would change a little bit. You know, we just need to be well enough to adjust. >> Questions coming at this point. >> I get I just wanted to clarify from what I saw your schedule were watching were sound like if you were you were going to do it every two weeks and then it was going to be the Mondays like every

044two weeks. That's what you're content. >> Yeah. February. >> February. Um, so I'm saying for the viewers out there some put on there might be listening and they're not understanding and knowing it and then I just saw the bottom of it and said that basically it's a first come first serve. Correct. >> Yeah, we want to encourage people to uh sign up um especially over the holidays here. We know that uh sign up this kind of stuff can get lost as a couple. So we wanted to kind of put some urgency to it as well. >> Yeah. What I think we'll do is Wednesday night in close session, we will review the names of the board. We will then have the board select the 10 that we feel should represent our community and then there's

045also going to be two school board members that'll be appointed to that committee. Is that fair for us to pick our 10 and you got agreement pick our 10. >> So what like you said there's a little flexibility. So what if we have a couple more then we are >> I think that's the conversation for Wednesday night. Yeah to their point when we talked about it at the core team as soon as you get above a certain number it gets too big. So we started at 30 we ended at 20 and there is some wiggles in there but I think it's match both districts numbers. Okay. So, >> oh, I'm sorry. >> Kind of piggy back off that point. Is there a way you guys can contact them first and say, "Hey, out of the

04630 that we have, you have 16, but you got to narrow it down to 12 or something." You know what I mean? So we some of this might take care of itself, but you know, like to your point, we contacted them. They said they're not interested right now, but it might be a little bit more than 12. So is that a possibility then to do that? Hey, here's your list. Here are the 15 to choose from. You guys pick as a board. Fair. When do you guys anticipate having the list back to the school boards? >> Okay. Yeah, okay. So, by next week, the email will come out from Joe and Chris to the list of folks that everybody submitted. That way, those people can look at the timeline and the time commitment and decide

047whether they are in or they are not in. So, then we'll get that confirmation back. I'm going to give them till the 30th of December to respond. I'm in or I'm not in. And then by the 5th, we're going to decide like finalize because their first meeting's February 2nd. So it gives them a full month to be ready. Okay. Any other questions from anybody? So, if you haven't filled out your influence sheet, maybe everybody sent it in, but if they didn't, you can take like snap a picture of it and send it to Joe and Chris by Friday, and then we'll compile it for next week's first emails to go out. And the other thing is to encourage your friends, family, neighbors, whomever to show up at the community listing session on the either one,

048same content. All right. Well, that's all for us. Thank you guys for your time. Appreciate it. Thank you guys very much. >> Same to you. You don't have to sit through the next whatever. So if you want to get going very much. >> All right, we'll move on to committee reports. We'll start with brand committee crystal. Thank you. Um on behalf of Elijah and I, um we just wanted to give a quick update. So, thank you to everyone who has submitted their idea for the name and the mascot of the potential consolidated district. Um the last time I checked, we had over 215 idea submissions thus far. Um >> still able to Okay, thank you. Um, so we uh you're still able to submit ideas until January 5th. So if you haven't done so, please

049make sure to do that before then. Um, again, just to kind of recap how contacted. >> Okay. Um, slip source sent home with elementary students. Uh, emails went out to all the middle school and high school and all staff with a link to cast their ideas. Uh, TRG was posted last week in Loyal and I think today Greenwoods. It should have been a Greenwoods. Um, and then it was also on the Facebook pages. Um, just want to mention um that we've had a lot of really great submissions thus far. Um, also wanted to point out there are many folks that are responding by saying don't consolidate or leave the school separate or why are we already looking at a name? It feels like a done deal and we haven't voted yet. Uh, on behalf of

050the committee, we just want to acknowledge those idea submissions. Um, we also want to remember that last April both communities were asked whether or not we should look at this consolidation and overwhelmingly the votes came back that yes, we need to look at it. So, with that being said, our job as a board is to develop this plan for consolidation. So, we are taking those steps necessary to develop a plan which includes coming up with a name and a mascot for a potential consolidated district. Again, next November, we will be asking the public to vote on whether or not they support this cons consolidation in the plan that we've created. If you feel strongly about not consolidating or have concerns about what steps we are taking to de develop this plan, I really encourage you

051to come to these meetings, share your concerns, email a board member or admin so we can discuss them. Um, again, we've never done this before either. So, we're truly um needing our community's help in this process, which is why we're asking for feedback for names and ideas of a mascot. So, um, again, if you have ideas and you want to submit them, you have until January 5th and then the branding committee meets again on January 7th. Thank you. >> That's the same night as the listening session. >> That's the same night as listening session. So, we will change the branding of the meeting. All right, we'll go to community partner business relations town. So we have meeting um myself uh Shinberg and Dean Mr. in there. Uh it it really just kind of established where

052are we going with with this um and got a list of businesses that we could start contacting. But we really talked about um instead of having an open session and inviting a number of them and maybe take a little slower or more individual basis of businesses. So, um we're we're starting to work with with that and contacting um some businesses that we can just sit down and work with. Um for right now, Mr. Green, if you have anything else. So, I think we we've talked about slowing down this committee a little bit just because uh we don't really have a clear uh focus on what we want to accomplish with this committee on what the what the outcome of of a community partner business relation committee is. um right now. Um but we know that

053we have strong business partners in both of our communities and we definitely don't want to uh waste anybody's time uh with bringing people in for for meetings. So, some of the some of the things that we are are continuing to work on is figuring out, you know, what it is uh that are, you know, that that is in our communities and and look at some of the individual things that our districts can do to uh benefit not only our students but our our kids as well. uh you know for example you know I I took an individual business owner um to look at at a tech program White Hall uh because they share some of the same uh tools uh they share some of the same robotics. There's robotics that are that are being used

054in the industry um that a a district is is using to engage kids in in learning and software. And that has that direct relationship and and those are the things that we want to look at uh bringing into our district so we can partner with with individual businesses that you know and build that relationship. But if we bring a whole bunch of businesses in and talk about a robotic arm that they don't use, uh, we're going to waste people's time. So, we're trying to be real strategic on on on who we talk to, when we talk to them, and what we talk with them about um to make it meaningful both for our districts uh and and the and the businesses. So, uh, we are moving, but it is definitely a it's a work in

055progress as we try and figure out what exactly, uh, our district needs and and how how we can it can be mutually beneficial with some of the businesses that we, you know, that we that we value a partnership with. Does that make sense? All right. Next on the agenda, consolidation. So, the resolution to consider consolidation is is in front of you as well. You've seen this before a handful of months ago. Um, this is one of those formalities that that has to be done sometime along the along the way. It it it really is just a formality. It's really confirming what uh the voters gave us in the advisory referendum. Um you know, we asked voters, should we consider consolidation? It was an overwhelming yes. This is one of the steps in the process that

056has to be done. It's a resolution to consider the adoption of an order um to consolidate the two school districts. Uh I guess my recommendation would be to take a look at this and read through it. This was put together by WASP. Um, take a look at it and we'll bring it back in January for to to vote on for approval. Um, is there a is there a timeline? It has to be I mean it has to be done before the resolution to to consolidate, but again this is it's a formality that we that our voters have already told us to do, which is what we're working on. Um, but it's it's nothing more than that. It's just a formality. >> Joe, what would you say to somebody who says, "Well, it's just a formality.

057Why wouldn't we wait until the vote in November and then pass it in December?" How would you answer that question? Cuz I've been asked that question. >> Yeah, I think it I think I think it would have to be done before November before we put it to a vote. It would make sense to to have that. Um, >> make sense to or would it have to? >> Uh, I don't know the exact answer on that. It has to be done before the I know for sure it has to be done before the resolution >> Which would be in December. Yeah. I guess I would ask the opposite question. Why wouldn't we the voters have already told us to? So I I mean I think that's just a >> So what this what this says is

058just it says that you are working towards all right um the process and obviously in November we will know that so um I brought this up at the last meeting um the three from Greenwood three from Loyal we're asking the community to think as one we're not thinking as one And we're also not representing the area equal by the voters by having three from loyal, three from green room, one alarm. We're not we're not on that yet. That's the next agenda. We're we're that's the that's the next we're talking about to consider consolidation. >> Oh, I sorry. Yeah, I know what you're saying when you said like you would ask the the other question like why not? I mean I I don't have an answer to that either. It's not my question. I just know

059that I've been asked that too. And I know that from being on the um branding committee, there's been a lot more feedback than I anticipated of this feels rushed. And you know, it's kind of one of those things where it's like we don't come up with a plan that people are asking why we're not coming up with a plan. and if we do come up with a plan, people aren't wondering why we're rushing it. So, I know there's a fine line there. It's just that's one thing that I've heard is it feels like it's already a done deal and then I assure them it's not because we're we have all these other steps. I'm just a little nervous about if we um pass this. I just want to make sure that we're doing it at

060the appropriate time if there is one. I guess >> I guess also your point um from what you're getting back from the people that's what I had to it's like that's why too it's like well it's looks like it's already a done deal and um I don't I didn't see anything in the state statute when we looked through this the multiple times we've done it that says anything as to what specific time it has to be done before the resolution. It just has to be done before the resolution and we don't have the study. We're just starting to get the plan together and the study together. It's not that we can't still come up and go through things that you want to call me on the board or whatever and make recommendations, but I just

061don't think we need to make the pre-resolution or meet a rush to get into either. So, I don't I don't I don't think there's a time I agree timeline for it. I I would the question I would ask is are we considering consolidation? This is the resolution that says we are considering consolidation. That's all it is. So it is to consider a consolidation. Um we are working on a plan. For those people that said there is no plan there, we don't know anything. What's going on? I heard it too. Um we are working on a plan. You heard tonight. Plan A, we will have a plan. Um, feels like it's being rushed. It's too slow. Uh, we hear a lot of comments like that. Uh, feels like it's a done deal. No. November of 2026,

062that will be the time we will know if it's a done deal or not. So, those are easy. I know people are nervous, scared, whatever. Um, but we have a year to work on here to figure this out and we'll have a plan. We will get it out to the people, to the voters in both districts from June till November and advertise the heck out of it. So, um, that is where we're at and that's that's what we've been asked for and that's what we are, I believe, delivering. They have the vote. It's our job to make sure that we have the plan and that we inform them. >> And you know maybe maybe is the time to roll at this when uh when the plan is presented and say we have completed the the

063study and the process. Now the formality is this resolution. I I don't know. Um, as I know, I've heard it feels a little rushed and I'm not saying we have to wait till December, but some common ground would be let my do their study. We come back in in May and we go to the public with what is going to be the plan and as part of the plan, we have to pass this resolution. That could be a step and thanks. We're back. Okay. On top of I've had a few people say basically the same thing. They got to come to these meetings too though, right? We need some direction as well. I've told them I said, "Tell us what you want. Doesn't really matter what I want. We're just we're here to hear what

064you want and then bring it up here and discuss it in front of everybody." And that's been fantastic. And not that anybody's been nasty or mean or what. I want to hear both sides, right? If you do have legitimate concerns, if you have it, I said probably 30 other people have it as well, but they're just a little afraid to say there's not a right or wrong in this, but we have to have some direction, too. Otherwise, we can't do our job properly. So, I know schedules are hard and people are busy. We got a lot of hard work folks around here. Well, there's crap, right? But come come to one of these meetings and say something, right? Don't be afraid. It only helps this whole process. >> So, you want to table to table

065domain. Does that work? >> I I will I'll double check with you double check with WSB just to make sure. The last thing I want to do is miss a timeline or deadline too. But that would >> I have something else I got calls me on. So, I'm going to ask them just to make sure we don't see a timeline. Um, I thought we talked about maybe a year in advance or something like that, but let's confirm that and then move from there. >> You couldn't make it more than a year in advance. That's remember it was a year in advance. >> December is the earliest through. >> Yeah, that was what I remember. >> I will double check or we will double check. All right, we'll move on to uh board organization. >> Yeah.

066So, this is on just to start some conversation. So, you have the template which is all it is. It's just a template of a consolidation a draft consolidation plan. There's nothing in there that is finalized or anything. All it was was updated with some of our information. Um, and we talked about at last month starting to have conversation about how in a consolidated district, how would we organize a school board? Um, these are not these are just placeholders put in here. Those are just placeholders cuz there were three lines for the draft that I have. So, put three three placeholders in there. Um, but that's really for the board to have conversation now about what are your what are your thoughts about how in a consolidated district what what would a school board look like?

067U I'll tell you some of the parameters are you know there by statute it either has to be a five, seven or nine person board. Um that's really the only only statute. It does not have to. You all can define whether those positions are identified by location or just at large. Um that's that's up to the the joint board to uh decide within that within that plan. So I would say this is a time to have some conversation about what you're thinking. So, how does that work? Would you have to like redraw lines and stuff like in the consolidated district that you know how you're east of division street you have this? So, I mean we would all have to define that as the the whole board then, right? >> Yeah. You can get as

068specific or as general as you want. It could be down to, you know, this quadrant or this region defined by roads. um define or as broad as anyone within the new school district boundaries in an at large. It could be as as small or as big, but it has to be a five, seven or nine person board. And when you look at this and think about it, um you got to make sure that you make your regions. If that's the direction the boards go, who's going to run for school board? Is there anyone? you know, so you got to remember that. >> I think the easy part about this is deciding if we want five, seven or nine. So, if you have any input on that, is that what you're going to say, too? All

069right. I mean, I guess I would think like five is not ideal. for new districts and nine might be too many. I think seven is probably a good number. Is everybody okay with that? >> Yep. >> Totally agree. >> That was easy. You want anybody want to throw some ideas on how to We could go as general as something as the first three digits in a phone number. Let it be 255 or 267. But in the next sentence, there's people that go to neighboring schools right now that have different ones because they live on one side of one or the other. >> Correct. >> For sure. For sure. Within our district lines. Yes. Just throwing ideas out there, getting the ball rolling. Not saying that's what I want. Right. >> No, I agree. It doesn't

070need necessarily be done right, but however, um my idea would be thinking like oil has the north and south of 98 and then you got the city. That's how we kind of do it. If we had three from Loy, three from the river at large, it would make sense. one city, one Sville possibly. >> That would make me The other thing is, you know, if we're thinking about the South District, we need to think it's one and I agree with Mr. You also got people that are going to run because theoretically myself, Davey, and Jamie all live in the Township. you know, are you going to get people in other places that don't want to run or want to have representation from that area? I mean, we need to look at multiple angles. I think

071I know somebody who can create a really nice map of both school districts and we could probably bring that and then I think using boundaries with a visual might be better than just talking it through. You want to ask that person? >> That's my >> All right. I think that sounds good. We revisit that in January with that map >> from both districts. move on to uh cooperation JB and varsity baseball. So JB and varsity baseball's on the agenda to talk about um the future of of that sport um and co-oping loyal Greenwood. Uh, I guess from a Greenwood perspective, you know, what we would potenti what what we would look at is co-oping JB this year um with with Loyal with the understanding that the following year would be co-op varsity as well. Um,

072Greenwood would not have a varsity team this year. Uh we have two seniors uh that would that would play baseball this year and I've I've talked with both of them. Um although not ideal for for them uh they both said that they would still play JB baseball. um knowing that the the goal is to co-op the next year and looking looking down the road to the future. Uh right now we co-op pretty much everything up until high school for baseball. Um and then they so they they co-op at the youth level, they co-op at middle school, and then they separate again when they get to when they get to high school. Um so we would we would look at at doing that. Um but again a couple of the couple of caveats to that is

073uh Greenwood would be interested in in in that only if um we knew that this year was JB co-op followed by varsity co-op the following year. Um, also with that, you know, we would we would look to have Loyal would have their varsity program in Loyal on their field and the co-op JB team would play on the Greenwood field. That way, no team would ever have to compete for a field. They'd always have they'd all have a field to practice on and they would have indoor facilities. Um, I think that and and coach Badanovich is is in the crowd. I'm sure eager to to share if if if you have questions for him. Um, or Miss Machine and Mr. Stagbau are also here. Um, you know, the the when you co-op when you co-op JB

074and and not varsity, you know, one of the drawbacks is when you identify a kid on on the JB team or the varsity team, that's pretty much where they have to stay. Where there are instances where sometimes you have a kid that, you know, you want to bring up and down depending on the position that they play or the needs that you have on on a team. um they might might find a a player that you need to get some innings out of and and they're they're a pitcher, but they're probably not going to see the field or a lot of at bats at the varsity level. So, you would want them to play JV. And this in in this model, they wouldn't be able to do that. If you're on if you're playing loyal

075varsity baseball, you have to play loyal varsity baseball. If you're playing co-op JV baseball, you have to play co-op JB baseball. Um, otherwise you run into an eligibility problem. >> Coach Mc, do you want to want to add anything? You want to say anything? >> You'll have to come up and use a mic. Sorry. >> Joe said JP that be the only judgment that I see. Okay. So, coach McDonald just said that exactly what Mr. Green said. You can't break them up and down um postseason maybe a different story or not. >> All right. Okay. >> Coach, numbers wise, does this make sense? >> Um probably because um we our is pretty well set this year. Um we have I think 16 I believe um that have signed up to come out. We can maybe

076get that up a little bit more than that. I'm going to carry probably 12 on varsity. Um so that only leaves four to six kids on JV. It's not going to be enough for JB. You need nine. So it probably be wise to combine. would be and then for a program for next year to build on that would be if you're are going to combine varsity next year that would be probably the best thing to do is combine the JB so they get a lot of reps and be ready for the following year. I think coach you hit hit the nail on the head with a pro a program um not just a a varsity team but a program that you are developing players in in the in the JV program that are more that

077are age level skill level things like that. So Kenny or Justin you guys have anything to say? Um, so I would just say following. >> All right. Um, so coach had a meeting to see who is interested in playing baseball. Um, so I'm more looking at this for a potential varsity co-op in 2627. Um, so at that meeting I believe there were four sophomores and two freshmen. Um, this year's current junior class is is a little bigger. Um, so when they're seniors, I mean, we could be talking about 12 kids or less on varsity baseball. Um, so I think that's something, you know, that we need to, you know, be thinking about, be talking about, um, and really deciding, you know, is this what is best? uh because the numbers are are shrinking and not

078growing. Um, additionally, golf um kind of plays into that. We do have several kids who did play baseball last year that are going out for golf this year. Um so that has declined the numbers a little bit as well for baseball. >> So when you talk 12, 13, 14, that's high school, not just varsity. That would be our high school program. That would be our high school program. Yes. Not just varsity. >> All right. Uh, one of the questions, do we have a JD coach or potential? >> I believe we do have a co-op. >> I mean, I can't confirm that, but I >> I think we do have a co-op. >> I have I have some assistance already. It's lined up. a lot of people that can off but I've talked to some name

079but from Greenwood J. >> So we do have some potential at least one. Okay. >> Would we have to post that as a I don't we have not we we posted a varsity position. We have we have not been a that's the other thing like we have not been able to fill a varsity coaching position and loyal I don't believe has been able to fill a JV coaching position. So, I don't know that we've posted, Jenny. Have we posted a JV coaching? >> I think we did a a varsity and assistant coach, but I think we did it at the same time. >> But we don't have any applicants yet for those. So, I I know the one that, you know, I'm thinking of is waiting to see what >> how this lands, but you

080would have to apply. >> Yeah, that was it wasn't necessarily my question. I was saying if you're bringing have a tough time getting a coach, but if you get are we going to bring it back so we can approve loyal users approve their coaches so we have enough time to approve it obviously. So we did we did approve the head coach and then yes before the baseball season starts yes our hope would be our January meeting at least >> posted JV lot position right >> cuz we have a JV coaching position to open and we posted it >> I I think there they've been posted for so long it would probably make sense to post Okay. If if if the joint boards decide, are you two okay with that? If they decide to co-op, just

081post a co-op JB coach. >> Yes. >> Then see what we get. >> Absolutely. He says something as a head coach as like basketball the head coach signs JB and freshman coach assistants that be instead of posting it coaches what is JB coach >> for football and I believe softball we interviewed it was obviously they had and the head coach was in on the interviews. So, um, usually with one or both ads. So, you would definitely have to say, "All right. Can I ask a silly question and possibly uh varsity next year? That's what the plan is." since the doors are being busted down to coach. Uh that is something that we would probably I don't want to say that 100% guarantee but it would be very good probability. Dean, what we've done with all

082the other so far at have been that we they interview um if there's more than one candidate, they they've interviewed them. Um I don't think I mean just in my conversations, I don't think anyone's going to have a problem with you coaching our kids. We're going to need to see references go to get all 35 of those put together. Talk to you next day. >> Sorry, you so much. Thank you. >> One more thing that I would add is the deadline. Um if we were to co-op our varsity program would be May 1st. Um so that's the deadline May 1st. So we have a little bit of time. Um and that's what we would need to submit to the WA >> for next year for 20 for 26 27 >> for the following year. Um

083I would like to have this done. I think talk with the board our board all as a package. So so it's all it's all done and we get the coaches hired in place. They can start planning. They can start working with their kids and we know that there's a plan in place. This is this year that's next year. Um, so it's all it's all part of the it's all part of the deal. >> So you the JB when are we going to do about the JB combining >> Right now. >> Okay, sounds good. Um, does that bring us up into another division? >> Combining next year? >> Not the JV? >> No. >> We're combining next >> year. >> Next year. You know, >> I would have to look a little more into that. >>

084Do they reassign those based on enrollment every year? So it really would depend on every ours and everyone else's enrollment next year right don't they change those cut offs and with 85% of the districts declining enrollment in the state those change every here. >> I just can't help but uh make the comment that I hope that we're not weighing our decision any on whether or not we move up the division. I think if we're looking at opportunities for our students and if if there's a need to combine um programs that we're not weighing that factor at all because I I think that's a mute point. I think it doesn't matter what division we're in. I think we try to feel the best team that we have jointly and I think that's just a mute point.

085So I hope we don't spend any more time discussing that that aspect. Ask for me. I don't care either. They do. They still can vote if they choose to just to work together. I make a motion that we join JB baseball with our agreement for this year and consolidate varsity for next year 26 27 baseball year motion on the floor. Second >> all those in favor say I. I motion carries >> and I will make a motion. >> I'll second it. >> Second. All in favor? I >> So then we will uh Mr. Mr. Stagar, Miss Sheen, can you put a posting together um to get the TRG next week and we'll get that going. >> Okay, thank you. >> Mrs. Collinsburgger and Mr. Warner, you want to give the board an update? um your

086wonderful scheduling work together. Well, I guess long story short, we met about couple 3 weeks ago. Um, came up with a plan to get all of our courses that were new and proposed to the board to get approved. Um, and that will be coming up in the next week or so. And then we are going to meet early the first week of January to go over our course handbooks to make sure both course handbooks have both school districts um classes in them and then submit that so our students can choose courses. And then once students have them chosen, we're going to meet back again with Maddie and Maya and look at the courses that students have signed up for and have a strategic plan as to where we're putting those courses. So whether that's first

087or second block, just with um breakfast and transportation being purposeful and having maybe someone available to drive um so people aren't scrambling. Um, I guess that's kind of one of the areas we're looking at first starting in the morning and then possibly the last block of the day. So, just depends on courses and what kids are wanting. So, >> yeah, I would agree. I think like when we talked um we both have course handbooks, we both offer a lot of similar courses, but we also offer a ton of different stuff. So, um allowing students from Loyal and allowing students from Ready to see those and then provide information to us. Um obviously as you know as we're supposed to separate schools so we're going to build a schedule that works good for our kids to

088make sure our kids get the classes they need but then when we see Loyal's request if they have if we have 15 kids from oil that want to take one of our education classes well then we you know we'll pay pay special attention to that to make sure that we can put that in a time frame where those kids can get over here and take um classes we have I know like construction for tech is not something that we typically offer. So when we have students sign up for that we have like 15 again and then Andrew will work through it. So, um I think the goal is to be able to look at the courses and then give kids more opportunities. If they're interested in a course agreement, how can we make sure that

089that is there for them? Um part of that also too is um they might have to come over more than one. We might have to be okay with that. Um you know, driving back and forth every 60 minutes or so can be kind of cumbersome and hard. We have a person doing it. So, um we have to be okay with kids possibly coming over here. They go to law for their first hour. They want to come to Greenwood for a class. It might take an English class or a math class or a science class here that fits within their graduation requirements. Um, so they're here for two hours and they go back for lunch. Um, it could be one class, it could be two. Same thing with graduate kids. We've sent some kids over for

090college English in the past. Um, so if they're taking college English and they also want to take welding or maybe they're going to take English, you know, first hour and then they're going to stay in for welding because that's what they want to do, especially if it's a course that we don't offer. Um, we both offer welding, so maybe that's not the scenario, but um, that's just an example. What we'd like to do is um if we're going to be efficient with kids moving back and forth. Um it's really hard to take a class second hour and then in 3 minutes magically show up in a different school district. Um so staying for potentially more than um one class period is also something we would look at. Um but we we've done that in the

091past in one class period and we have kids leaving early and we have kids showing up late and it's a hardship for the next teacher um that has those kids. So that is something we'll do too is how do we schedule those classes so that it makes sense for kids to be there and then also make sure that we get kids in classes they want. We all know that when they reach their senior year, they've kind of exhausted the limits of what they're really truly passionate about. Um so hopefully we can open up more opportunities for kids. Um you know, starting next school year, we're doing some already this year. We've done some in the past, but looking to expand that. So we, you know, if this if this plan works through, everything goes through.

092Um we can have more of that. We can increase the educational opportunities without changing anything. We're still going to be great. It's still going to offer the classes they're going to offer, but it's going to be accessible to more kids. Um it's doable. We've seen it work. I mean, most of us have been down the white wall at some point and you drive in the parking lot and there's four different vehicles from four different districts. So, um there's a way that it can be done and just how do we get it to work for me. So, that is our plan um to be able to share things back and forth and allow the kids to tell us how to do our work. >> And they do it with a 20 mile radius. We have six

093or seven. So I I thank you for looking at this and working at this and getting it so we can do as much together as we can create those opportunities. Thank you. All right, now we're back to public. Uh, anybody from the public want to come up and speak? All right, moving on to the last topic is is that a bean gate? What are we talking about? I think we stayed clear of work with iron and HSR because of the joint meeting. >> They already have our schedule for us. >> Yeah. January 14th in Loyal 6:30 close session first >> 6:30 to 7:30 with a 7:30 regular meeting. Um >> we see it. >> Yeah. >> Um >> at that meeting you probably will have a branding committee update, right? So we'll keep that on.

094Um, we can keep the community B partner on there, but I don't know if there'll be an update at that meeting or not. So, if not, we just won't get one. We will have we'll keep the uh consolidated board organization on that agenda and we'll come with a map. I would suggest come with ideas. If you know if you have ideas to to share, come with ideas to that. What was that? >> Okay. >> I'm going to try and bring bring them in. Hopefully, it won't. January 14th is in the snow day. Anything new? >> Just one thought. Can we talk about uh course offerings a little bit? I mean just I noted an update from >> January 14th. Will you two have any too early? >> We we'll probably just start collecting >> February

095probably >> February meeting. February can be an update. Nothing's solid. >> But by February, kids should know what they have. >> Whichever. >> We should have the request. >> So February, we'll do that in February. Is that good? >> You'll have to remind us. >> Yeah, >> that's what Myin So Myin kind of did the core team update. Did we want to make that a standing? I think we had talked about that at one point. Making the standing the standing part was a core team update updating the board the process of the plan and what One other is it is it too early to bring back in >> I didn't I I thought that they said they wouldn't have a a joint model done by them >> if I remember right. They're going to start

096working on it, but I didn't think they would have >> time. Yeah, that's one of those things. Anything else? It's probably enough. What are you talking about? >> I think you have to decide if you want to go if you want to go to the close now. I don't think there's anything pressing.
