I aliance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. We have one audience question here. >> Please like testify and have a cap. You >> guys will open your budget books up to page 95. I'm here tonight simply as a husband, as a father, and a member of this community. Tonight marks the end of my wife's service on this board, and for nine years, she has given her time, her energy, and her heart to this district. I also want to publicly state very clearly that this is a volunteer position. Every hour, every late night packet review, every difficult conversation, every moment spent weighing what is best for our kids, for our staff, and for our

district was offered freely. She gave because she cares. She believes in our children. She believes in our teachers. She believes in La Huna. I watched her take her work very seriously. Not just showing up to meetings, but showing up prepared, engaged, and committed. That matters. And I hope everyone here understands that this is more than just filling a chair. This requires patience, courage, humility, and the willingness to listen and learn. It requires remembering that real leadership is often quiet, often uncomfortable, and often unseen. But I will also say that when you do show up, when you are present and willing, half the battle is already won. Showing up with a genuine heart, with the respect for others, and the and the desire to do what is right for our students and staff makes all the

difference. I'm proud of you, Angela. I'm proud of the way you served, proud of the example you set, not just for our daughters, but for all the students in the district. The work you did will continue to ripple long after tonight. Good job. >> Thank you. Item D, approval of the agenda. >> We did add the um financial reports on 116 after we had already originally posted just because it took a little bit, but that two week window for us. >> Make a motion to approve the agenda with the added financial report. Second >> motion and a second to approve the agenda as published. Questions or comments? >> Welcome. >> Mrs. A. >> I. >> Mrs. Sol. >> Hi. >> Mrs. Hines. >> Hi. >> Mr. Cole. >> Hi. >> Mrs. Lea. >> Hi. >>

Consent agenda. >> I recommend the approval of the consent agenda as presented. >> So moved. Second motion in a second to approve the consent agenda as presented. Questions or comments? >> Welcome. >> Mrs. Aial I Mrs. Sol. >> Hi. >> Mrs. Hines. Hi. Mr. Coleman. >> Hi. >> Mrs. Lea. >> Hi. >> Item three, financial report. >> All right. Miss Kim. Yeah, she >> Yep. >> Thank you. >> Hello. Okay, let me share my screen. Yep. Sorry. It was I wanted to make I like to make sure that you know I go over all the financial reports with Dr. K and and Sarah before anything is released. So, it just I tried getting them out as fast as I could. So, I think I was a a couple a few hours behind SK, you know,

from getting them. So, um we do have the full report and I did um receive the email back from the one board member that asked, "Please make sure the summary is there." So, we do have the summary here, but I'll start off with the very first one, which is the finance compliance checklist. And on the checklist, the one thing that I just want to point out is Shay got all the Medicaid reporting completed for quarterly and annual. So, just um she did a really great job. First time doing it this year. So, um she was able to get that completed. So, she did an awesome job. I wanted to point that out. Um we're working on getting ready for payroll for next week. So, uh you'll see um we'll begin working on our compliance checklist

and making sure Dr. K is aware of where we are with everything with the shortened month. So, any questions on the finance compliance checklist? The next one we'll talk about is the cash flow report. And this basically is a summary of all of those detailed reports like we introduced last month. So, I'll just kind of come over go over this um the cash flow report. We did add a new line and this is um Dr. K um had asked um for this new line to be added so you're aware of what the current student count is going on. Would you like to add anything Dr. K? >> Um I was going to do it in the report but I can just do it now. We we found out our final account after we went through

all the attendance and lost a couple kids 1,189. So we are down um about 60 70 kids from projections. Um we went through and fine to comb what we could claim and what we couldn't. That was the final number. So 1189. >> Okay. >> So I'll make sure to update this worksheet um for you for the November statements. So this way we have the the official number. Then um we are we have begun working on the budget and I'm sure Dr. K will go into that more um during his presentation. So, we're we're using this report as a tool for building that budget as well and we'll add a column for you to see the the working budget. But for the time being, you see at the top where I have it highlighted in blue

where he was just talking about the student count. And then continuing down the very first column is what was adopted. The budget for all funds is what you've adopted in June. And then the second column is all activity going on as of October 31st. And this point of the year, we should be right around 33%. So looking at our percent of budget, we're we're we're pretty much on track on where we're at. So when will we feel the impact of the of the loss of students? When we get the second round of state money, >> we will feel the impact when we do the midyear budget adjustments. So we have to have it reported to you by we have to have it approved by the board by January 31st. So, we're going to be working

on that and bringing to you what it's going to look like. And we're going to have to make cuts right now to be able to adjust for what we're losing. >> So, any other questions on the cash flow statement report for you? I notice we're last month we had I think 82 days cash on hand and now we're down to 77. >> 77. Mhm. >> Is that normal? Should we worry about that? We are waiting for some federal funding still coming in and federal funding is not part of our current budget because we don't know at this moment and that is something that is actually currently being worked on. So, um we are waiting on some of the federal funding to come in. So, no, we're not not as concerned at this moment. >> Well,

I mean we are concerned of course. Yes. And and when we go to the next report, let me point out is what we're going to do is we're going to try and earn as much interest and gain as much interest as possible. So when you go to the next report, which is the cash account breakdown, just wanted to share with you what is the interest rate going on right now. And Colorado Trust, you'll see it does have 4.31. I update this on a weekly basis. And Colorado Trust does a daily yield on their interest rate reporting. So the as of October 31st, it was 4.24%. So I apologize for not getting that um updated, but what we've done is we've moved money from our operating checking account into the Colorado trust to gain more interest

with that 4%. So we are we are concerned about that you know drop from 82 to 77 days. However we are trying to gain as much interest as possible. Any questions on this? Um the other the other reports are just the detail of our cash flow report. So do does anybody have any questions or do you want me to go into to to detail on any of these other reports? >> You I'm confused about the pupil on in all the reports. It doesn't make the pupil activities line item item. It doesn't make sense to me. For example, if you look at the income statement page one, the pupil activities account >> that doesn't jive or I I guess maybe I don't understand when you go further back into the document or or into some other

documents that the numbers don't match. So could you just like for example um a second if you look at the income statement summary let's just look at that one >> and then you you go to go to page six under the pupil activities and you you read across that. I'm having a hard time understanding why that entry is so dramatically different than the entry on page one for the pupil activities. >> So >> I don't I don't understand why it's so different. Page six is your student activities and student athletics. So in the month of September and October, we brought in from an outside database the student athletics and activities da information. So that does come in and it's all recorded as revenue under the new database. So this section is our fund 23, our

student athletics and basically fundraising accounts that includes like booster club and those kind of items. Whereas when you go to the general operating so the very first page this is our this is our instructional side of the program. How much activities have we re how much funds have we received from students for pupil activities for instance like um if there's any class fees like we're we're in the wood shop and we're building a shed we now have a class fee. So that would be basically under that. So, it's two separate accounts with the same code number. >> It's because they're in different funds is what it is. Basically, the different pages. So, this one that we're looking at on the very first page, this is our instructional, our general fund. So, at the very bottom,

it says general fund, >> right? >> And then we go to page six. This is now all of our kids money, all of the activities and the students. >> It's not part of the general. >> The difference is like on this front page, so we're doing fees. Those are going to be going back into the general fund to be able to buy what we need for the classes where on page six, it's straight fundraising, you know, for extra things that make sense. >> It it does. It just threw me off because it was said the same thing. This makes no sense. >> I got catch. >> Yeah, >> it's the first one. I was looking at >> I was pay for this. Um, I'll just kind of add I did speak with the auditor on

Friday as well as today. They are actively working on our audit. Um, they asked for more questions. I have responded with some answers. Um, and Shay and I will be working on more answers tomorrow. So, I just wanted to kind of add that to um the finance area. Do we have an ETL? I I I would love to give a date and time, but I don't. I'm sorry. Right now, the the auditors are verifying um the fun um FY23 audit numbers are correct and then they can continue on. But I'm I'm responding as soon as you know as possible. As soon as I get the answers or the questions, I'm I'm responding as fast as I can. So this way it's back in their hands right away. >> And you said we did already apply

for an extension for this this audit the next one. >> We have not yet. No. >> Okay. When does that have to be submitted by? >> I believe it has to be done in December and I'm not sure if it will be accepted because we had one last year. So that's something that we'll work with the auditors and and Sarah and I will work with them. >> What happens if it's not accepted? >> I'm not exactly sure. >> This is where we are working with um Glenn at CDE. So Dr. K, I'm sure we'll have, you know, more more about that, but we have been working directly with him too as well. >> Any questions? >> I noticed the burn rate is lower than it was last month. That's good. Yeah, it's down. Well, thank

you. >> Thisformational or action? >> Action. >> Make a motion to approve the October financial report as presented. Second. >> Motion and second to approve the October financial report. Any other questions or comments? >> Mrs. AI. I Mrs. Siala I Mrs. Hines I >> Mr. Cole >> I >> Mrs. Le for minutes >> make a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on October 27th 2025 second >> motion and second to approve the minutes from October 27 2025 questions comments or corrections roll call >> Mrs. Aial I Mrs. Miss Hi, >> Mrs. Hines. >> Hi, >> Mr. Coleman. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Lea. >> Hi. >> Presentations. >> This time we'll have Fox updates from the high school junior junior high school. >> I guess there lots of good things happening. Um so

before we used to do all of the activities and athletics um and then we were told we can see all of that on Facebook so we don't want those but just know that we do have um a lot happening within those rounds um finishing up the sports winter uh fall sports getting in winter sports football did really well our drama department um had a great production Mr. Prince talked about the cross country kids and how um fast the competition was this year and to make some of those state qualifying. So um our kids are out and about and they're making it happen. So that's that's really good. Um but some of the things we want to talk about is um our walkthroughs connecting them with our PLC's which is our professional learning community communities that

lead to our professional development then leading to the co coaching conversations that we're having with teachers um giving them the supports um that they need within the classrooms. We're getting ready to have a PD this Friday um on academic ownership and some English language development strategies. So we'll put into place our next sprint cycle walk look course um to fit all that into place. Our special education Could you speak up just a >> too loud? Sorry. >> So then our special education department is on the same realm and they're doing walkthroughs as well to give our pair professionals some supports and strategies to use within the classrooms. And so that's been new added this year. Um the roof, knock on wood, we haven't had much rain, but the um with the winter coming up, we

do have two spots that we're kind of looking at still, but other than that, that's been going really, really well. So, thanks for that. So, that that patch job did a great job. Um behavior, I know we talked about behavior processes before and how we put in our behavior matrix. So, we have our minors and our majors. Um in going through, we also put in the ISS with our student advocate position. So we are um a little over half of what we were from last year with our OSS um which is really good. Um we contributing factors to that um decrease in behaviors we think is a lot to do with um teachers actively greeting students at the door. Um making that connection. We do have a tracking system in place to where we are

doing all of the minor. So anything that comes in, we're putting it into a document um and really triaging those supports that kids need right away instead of just kind of on the fly or um letting those rest because some of those kids that we're seeing are frequent flyers and those frequent flyers on our behavior matrix goes from um instead of a minor now if they three or more depending on the case could turn into a major and we've had some of that happen. Um and kids are having um better conversations about their um expectations on behavior and how that constitutes and moves into some of the consequences that could happen about losing um playing time with games, extracurricular activities and even going into the the theater how it could trickle down. So having those

conversations earlier has helped out I believe. um teachers. We also have a caregiver contacts that we wanted to reach 100% of our parents each quarter. So, we're doing what's called a caregiver contact. Um and really putting into place the first first one we did the first quarter was a positive contact and we made over 90 I think it was like 96% um of students that were contacted or parent caregivers were contacted. Um and all of this leads to a sense of belonging of what we're trying to create and that's one of our biggest big strategic priorities at the junior senior high school. Um another strength that we're adding in um to this layer is we do have an outside counselor who is going to be coming in now. She has years of experience being a

school counselor. So really helping us refine our processes and putting different um layers into place with what's already there plus more is going to be very very intentional work on that realm. We do have the biggest I know don't know if you guys opened that document. We do have the biggest number of student on our STPO student teacher parent organization. Um so much so now we're going to break it into two. We're going to have a junior high and then a high school just because there was a little bit different happening at each realm. Um but the feel from the parents there and what what was also great too is we've already had parents saying um like when we do our junior high incentive trips um we went bowling and we had parents already saying

you know what let me know and let me help with that. So that was that was very neat as well. So putting that out there for everyone to see. Our concurrent offerings um we've talked about this a little bit. We just wanted to share with you too. Last last fall we had five concurrent offerings at the high school. Now we're offering over 12 first semester, second semester. Last year we had seven courses. This year we have 13. So we've already doubled what we were doing from last year. And that does lead into PSO, which is classes that are taken on campus. That is already doubled as well. >> Any questions on all of that? >> What are the new courses? >> Oh, we have Spanish uh Spanish lit. we have um what's called technical writing.

So instead of having like the AP track, we have this uh what's called technical writing. So like writing in your sciences, those types of um skills and strategies within that technical writing for our seniors. Um oh my gosh, I should have made a list. Sorry. Um there I can get that I'll get the list to you. The other So, we do have some upcoming events that we would like to share with you about too. There's something called the career cab tours and what that is is uh Julie Wy has secured a grant through the Southeast Colorado youth engagement project and um Dr. Krum was um gracious enough to share um two buses for us to be able to transport students. So this isn't just our district. This is also the surrounding Bosei um schools. So

all of them they'll be at the different site areas with that and that is this Wednesday and they have over um the priority career pathways. So there's like agriculture, business and entrepreneurship, criminal justice and public safety, engineering, technology and media arts, health sciences and then skills trades. So, there will be kids who um they took a survey and they're going to be um grouped into these different categories and then they're going to go off for the date and visit different businesses that we have throughout the valley. Um another great event that we have coming up that we would like to invite you all to is called Fab Life for our seniors and it's a financial literacy simulation. It's intended to teach students financial education concepts interactively. Um, have D, have you done this before? Yeah,

it's really what what it is is we have different tables set up. So, kid kiddos get like a profile. So, let's just say that they're um it it could be anything from their their salary is on there, if they're married, if they're single, if they're um if they have kids, if they have to pay child support, all of those things are on the scenario card and then what they do is they visit different booths and that's where you guys would come into play is if you wanted to be a part of that. So, um there's like an insurance table, there's a housing table, there's um groceries, entertainment, all of those things that kids are going to be thinking about as soon as they graduate. It's this simulation setup. So, if you guys are interested, that

is on Thursday, November 20th from 11 to 1. Shauna Shrock, our Europe coordinator, is ahead of that. Um, you can either let me know tonight and I can have her get in contact with you or if you just want to get in contact with her. But we are always needing adults to come and run those tables for the kids with that simulation. >> You can put me down, Jen. >> What's that? >> You can put me down. >> Perfect. >> That a couple times for Rocky Ford High School. It's really cool. >> Yeah, really cool. >> Yeah, it is. They always get their stuff figured out just right and then they get that one I can't remember what it is but then it's like all a sudden they pick this card and it's like now

your transmission went out and I'm like >> this is so they're like man I thought 50,000 would stretch way further like I don't have any more money >> I need to I need to go get a loan or I need to do this and that because >> you don't realize that >> money doesn't stretch as far as you think it should. What's interesting is it's great conversation there, but when you see the kids outside of there and then they come back and have questions or comments like that was really real, Mrs. Fox, do you know how much money I have in the bank right now because I've had to pay for everything else. So, it's was real. >> Yeah. And one last thing is we do have our Veterans Day celebration tomorrow at 10:40 at

Tiger Gym if any of you want to show up. We have our JOTC class, Mr. Schmidt who does run that with our J JOTC kiddos and then we also have our music department. So the band and the choir will be performing different numbers there as well. >> I just question didn't you at the start of the year separate the seventh and eighth graders and keep them separate? >> Yep. tells us that >> so we believe that that's part of our contributing factors to the lower u behavior issues. It's it's going well >> and all the kids have got adjusted to tapping those cards to go places. >> Yes. So we we did have some of course technology issues with those poor guys were running back and forth fixing Chromebooks, that kind of thing at the

beginning, but most of those have ironed out and yeah, it it's working. We believe that's another contributing factor as well. Our hallways, we've had other um just like today we had um our new counselor who's going to be coming in and she said, "Are you sure this is eighth grade lunch because it's kind of quiet?" So I had to look at the time and I said, "Yeah, this is new. This is this is eighth grade lunch." And she said, "This I'm not used to this because it's this is really quiet." >> Yeah. And then we had um some others who were in the building last week and they said the halls seem seem very inviting. It's not it's not loud. It's not too hectic. So yes, it it has helped. And yeah, that the system

has helped as well. >> Dr. Khalt, are you guys going to do that? Are you guys going to do that at the school the I think there was conversation about that. Yeah, we haven't got to that >> discussion yet. We will. >> Anybody else? >> Thank you. >> No, superintendent report. >> Right. So, I have a few quick things. one. Um we also have um Miss Fox talked about the veterans assembly at the junior senior high school tomorrow and then at 10:45 10:45 right tomorrow you're at 1:00. Never mind. >> We're changing it afternoon. >> So you're at 1:00 and you're at 10:45. So both schools will be doing a veterans assembly tomorrow to honor all those who serve in our country. Um, we do have a new a new addition. Clancy Miller was born

on November 7th. Miss Miller had her son. She actually went to work with all of us that morning and we're at a UVA conference or a debrief and then she went and had the gun hand. So, welcome Nancy Freed Miller born on November 7th. Um, as Kim said, we continue to meet with um Glenn Guff Gufferson from he works with CDE. We are really he's helping us prepare for us being able to come to the board with our budget for next year as we have to look at the changes to be able to he's coming up with reports working with advocates that one it's going to be easy to be understandable and we'll be able to have a really good blueprint of where we're going to make those changes moving forward. So it's been really

um enlightening working with both Abacus and with Glenn. Um, so I feel pretty comfortable moving forward. We are going to have that meteor adjustment that we talked about. Um, it's, you know, a fairly large amount when we do the averages. We are worried next year. Um, because we are going to a three-year averaging. Right now, we are currently kind of saved a little bit because it's a fouryear and three years is so our last three years of enrollment. We won't be able to lie upon or rely upon some of those bigger numbers from four or five years ago. So that three year is going to impact us and we are looking at depending what the state says when our budget comes out but we know we're going to have um some decreases go forward. So,

we'll continue to My goal is to make sure working with our board and with our school leaders that we have present you with a great plan how we're going to get out of this and how we're going to be able to move forward so we can do use our resources the best we can for our kids to be able to create the best student outcomes possible. Um, um, oh, this is a big one. Um, we are currently waiting for the official abstract from the county clerks before we're able to make an official declaration of who won our board elections. So, we will know more. Um, Jill spoke has spoken with the county clerk and the deadline is the 26th, I believe. >> Yes. >> So, we're hoping we get it sooner than that. Um, so

we can swear in our candidates and move forward, but it is unofficial till we get that back from the county clerks. And then my last thing is UVA. We had our visit last week. It went really well. Um we met with um our partners at UVA. One of the things I said they told me when I met with them in private was just how far our schools have come in the last year and a half since they've been working with UVA. How things don't look like they did when they first got here and how they're impressed with all of our teachers, our building leaders, our principles. They spoke extremely highly of the progress we've made. We still have more progress to make, but I want to, you know, sometimes you take a moment and just

say good job to everybody who's working hard and we have been making changes and I will continue to do that as we move forward. >> And the last couple things I have, um, Mr. Wilson and myself hopefully will be traveling to, um, Indianapolis this weekend. We'll see if our flights still get cancelled for UVA. Um it's the final UVA mandatory train that we have to go to and then all of our building leaders will be going to Oklahoma in the second semester uh for UVA and all of that is paid for by grants from the state. So um just wanted to keep you a breast of that and that's all I have. >> Do you have any plans to hire for central office the business manager? No, we're going to continue with abocus right now

>> and HR. >> Yes, we're going to continue. We don't want to bring on any other expenses right now. And we do have a plan. I have things going well with our team at the central office and with Avocus. I feel like we're able to maintain what we need to right now um and still run the district effectively. Down the road, we might have to really look at it, but right now we're we're being we're we're okay. Anybody else questions? Right. Items seven, unfinished business. >> Yes. I'd recommend approval of revised policies GDD support staff vacations and holidays and DKA payment procedures and schedules on the second final reading as presented. These policies were revised for play clarification dates. >> Make a motion to pro approve revised policies GDD and DKA on second final reading.

Second. >> Motion and second to approve revised policies GDD and DKA on final reading. Questions or comments? >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Aol. I >> Mrs. Esa. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Science. >> Hi, >> Mr. Colitz. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Lea. >> Hi. >> No business. >> I recommend the approval of 2526 consolidated application as presented. Um, funds allocated title one, title two, title three, which we will be giving to Boseies, title four, and title five. Make a motion to approve the 2526 consolidated application. >> Second. >> Motion is second to approve the 202526 consolidated application. Questions or comments? >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Aiial. >> I. Mrs. Sial. >> I. Mrs. Hines. >> Hi. >> Mr. Coleman. >> Hi. >> Mrs. Lea. I it B. >> Yes. I recommend approval of revised policies J

Um, it's an opportunity for us to say thank you for all that D and Angela have done for the districts over this last nine years. You both stepped in um in midterm for somebody else and then were elected to two terms. So, like Mr. Ayella said, I mean, it is a sacrifice. It is an unpaid position and there's a lot to it. and your heart about our school district and about our community is clearly evident and we're going to miss you.

I wish I could have worked with you longer than this short period of time, but you guys have just been an inspiration to our community and we thank you for everything you've done. Um D also I was going to also just recently was appointed to a CDE accountability work group by Commissioner Cordova. This is basically the state's version of our district accountability and um school accountability. So D will be serving on the statewide committee accountability. So she'll still be working in the education world. So congratulations. But from the bottom of everyone's heart, we're just grateful that you guys have been here and it's been nice to work with you in a short amount of time, but you've done an amazing job for our community. So thank you. And we have something for you. So honor

your service. >> Thank you. >> Your guidance and direction as board member have strengthened the bond between the community and the school. Great. >> Um, well, first of

all, I thank you guys for your service, Angela and De. I'm going to miss you both. um you were very helpful to me when I came on and very patient and I just appreciate what you've done for me and what you've done for the school district. So really much thank you. Thank you. >> Um just two quick things. Dr. Crumboltz talked a little bit about the going back to the three-year average. I hope we talked about that at CASBY. um that could be a real problem for us. Um so hopefully we'll have some time to talk about that. I also had a chance last week Sarah and I judged the entrepreneur fair and one of the finalists was from TTA and I thought that was great. I would like to see us participate a little

bit more in that. I'm not quite sure why we don't. Um, but I think I was really impressed with the program, the projects that the students participated or or presented and um the student from TTA actually won a little money. I think she got $50 for her business. So, >> thanks. >> Yeah, it was good. So, again, thank you guys. We're going to miss you. >> I also want to say thank you and I've enjoyed working with you guys over the last several years. and I've learned a lot and it was nice to have you guys by my side and teaching us and guiding us when >> we were new and lost and confused and >> you guys a lot. So, I just want to thank you guys for your time and effort that you

put on this board because it is a lot. Like Joe said, it's unpaid and it's a lot of time, a lot of effort. So, thank you for that. Um, I also was going to talk about the ether. So, it was really neat to see there's um I think almost 60 projects from surrounding the pools. We had two from TTA. Um, the winning high school project was from Springfield and he got $1,000 for his for his business. Um, I was disappointed that there wasn't any high schoolers or middle schoolers from here. Um it's right in our back backyard and it'd be really nice to see more involvement than just a couple project. Um at the middle school, Violet's pretty much cleaned out in the in the final. So they did a really good job. So that

would be really cool. And then I was going to mention the career cab tomorrow. That's really really cool for our 10th graders. Um I think that's going to be a good time. That took a lot of time and effort to put together and it's really neat. So that's >> um I want to thank Angela and D also um a very big learning experience and uh um I still want to call you when I can or I don't understand something but um yes um I want to thank you guys because it's not it's not just coming up here and doing this. It's it's sleepless night. It's so much stress. um a lot of concerns when uh people in the community come to you and and tell you things and you're like what you know and so

it's a long stress and and I just want to thank you guys and then I wanted to talk about TTA um they are doing their 4 program and it it is available for the kids of the district and we're doing it every Wednesday until the end of the year pretty much and uh they do like uh like last weekend or last week on Wednesday we did um what's it a rice krispie treat um so we'll do an activity and then we get to talk about all the things that we're going to work on and what projects kids want to do for the year and all that kind of stuff. So, if you want to join, it's still open. So, come on down on Wednesday. I think it's from 4:00 to 5:30. Um, so any of

the kids in the district? >> I have just a few words I wrote down if I can get through it. I'm sad. Uh to our teachers and our staff, you are the heartbeat of our district. Don't forget it. To our students, you are the why behind every decision. To this community, thank you for trusting me to be a voice at this table. It's been a privilege to serve. Thank you. I get no tears out of me at the last time that cried, but um yeah, I I emotional. So, thank you everyone for trusting us. It's been an interesting ride. Um good luck to everyone out. I am excited for everybody for all the new changes. I mean, those are the things that we were looking forward to before CO. So, I'm excited that you guys

need to do the work wanted to do. Um, and just we're I'm we pick up the if you have questions. Um, but you'll be fine. Um, if there are no other comments and there's no other business, we are ajourned. Thank you. >> And we have snacks here. He likes my mom.
