That increase is primarily driven by an increase in SEK of approximately 5.4% or $227,000. And motor vehicle revenues showed a small increase of about $7,000 or 2.64% over this time last year. Um, other revenues remain flat as I've discussed previously, but for November, we should be seeing an increase

in our property tax revenues. Expenditures for salary and benefits are up 7.2%. That is reasonable based on the step and 4 and a.5% raise approved. And as I've said previously, we do expect that to level off closer to 6.5%. Uh, we are down from 7.4% last month and 7.8% in August. So that is trending downward. Non- salary expenditures are up 9.7%. That is significantly less than last month. The majority of the increase is due to an additional bus purchased in fiscal year 26 over fiscal year 25. We bought three this year, what two last year that accounts for $116,000 of the overall $188,000 increase. The additional increases um beyond that 116 can be attributed to software and insurance cost that I have mentioned at previous meetings. Any questions? That is all I have. >> Second.

Thank you so much. You're welcome. At this time, do we have any veterans that would like to make any comments? >>

No. Thank you so much. We appreciate each one of you >> service. >> Yeah. Thank you all very much. >> Thank you. >> At this time, I'll ask our athletic director, Mr. Ser, to come forward to recognize our amazing cross country student athletes and congratulate them on a great season. Uh before I get going, I would like to say thank you again not only to all the service members, but many of those service members not only are coaches, and one reason they couldn't be here is because they're busy coaching, but also uh Tanya, who hates being in the spotlight, is our concession manager. So every time you get a tasty treat, that is because Tanya has stocked it and worked it. And uh Officer Lyens is in charge of the SRO and he also schedules

all of the security at all of our events that need security. So, uh, it's they haven't just given, they keep on giving, and I really appreciate everything they've done for for the, um, athletic department. Oh, dear, I left purple. Um, this year's cross country team um, was a special group of uh, of young ladies. Um, we don't have great records going back. We know that Randy Chris did a lot of great things. So, the best we can say, the best we know is this is the first girls team to make state in a generation. Um, it might be two generations. We're not 100% sure. Some of the records aren't great, but um, I'm going to call up all of the coaches and the young ladies on the team, say a little thing. And then I'm

going to also recognize the ladies that ran um, at um, at the horse park um, a couple weeks ago. So, please um, when I call your name, come up. Um, can, uh, I get Zoe Bennett, please. And if you guys want to clap with each one of them because they're pretty special. Give them applause. Uh, Alexis Conway just stand right here, girls. Just line up. Alexis is only a sixth grader. Uh, Zoe is a junior, so Alexis couldn't compete yet, but she got to practice with the team. I will say, of the seven girls that made the state team, um, four of them are in the middle school, so I think that we have a pretty good shot of of continuing to um to go great. Um, Lily Cox, come on up. Lily Cox's mother

was on my hiring committee in 2002. Um, and um, she is a very, very fast runner in spite of her father. Um, River Gillis, River Addison Hagen. Addison is a seventh grader. Uh, Katie Horseman. Katie's a freshman. Uh, Rachel Kendrick, Sarah Kendrick, Kendrick's sisters are both juniors. Um, Albany McIntyre, she here. Uh, Taylor Northcut. Taylor is a sophomore. Uh, Lily Watts. Lily is also an eighth grader. Uh, Justice Wilson and Bella Woods. Did I miss anyone? What? Oh, is that on the list? And Alyssa Howell. Um, and before I um before I bring up the coaches, I want to admonish uh Dalin for looking at my list and making sure I didn't miss anybody. All right, you're fired. Um, and uh coaches, it's a non-paying job, so um and then uh can Dalin and Ryan

please come up? Our two coaches, Dalin Kaufman and Ryan Smith. Uh when I was talking to Ryan about the season, he said these girls had tons of PRs. Uh they put in lots and lots of miles. We're really looking forward to um greatness this year. We're also Dalin's going to be having um a middle school track team for the first time in a long time. So we're looking to keep this going. Uh the girls that were on the um the state team, I'm going to call your name from a step out. Also, um, Addison, uh, Hagen, Lily Cox, Alyssa Howard, sorry again, Lily Watts, Taylor Northcut, Sarah, and Rachel Kendrick. So, these girls, give them a round of applause. It was a great field. It was a great uh event, perfect weather, and they did

great for Anderson County, and we look forward to uh the future and being back here next year and bringing home some hardware again. Everyone give them one round of applause. You guys can sit down. Thank you. You guys can sit down. And sorry, Alyssa. Do you want to stand up here for pictures? Girls, you want to do that? If parents want to get pictures real fast. All right. Thank you guys. Congratulations. We look forward to being back here next year. >> All right, chairman. That is all I have this evening. Uh, next up, uh, we have comments from visitors. Uh, I don't believe we have any. >> No, sir. No comments from visitors this evening. >> I'll hold off just a second. >> Clear. Next up, we have U BG4 approvals for project 23-130, consideration

to approve the following BG4 documents uh for the Savile Street and Anderson County Middle School HVAC project 23- -130. Uh we have TE Masonary uh for masonary work at 14,9450. Uh Greyhawk uh LLC for drywall and ceiling for $154,624. uh past for painting uh at $83,226. CDI flooring for uh resilient flooring uh $12,52. Uh central Kentucky sheet metal uh for plumbing and mechanical at uh Okay. >> Okay. >> 44 million. >> Uh >> 44,000. >> Yeah. I was going to say >> it's 4,400. >> Okay. 4,412,000 and 64 cents. Is that it? >> 640. >> Okay. It's whatever you said. >> Yes. $4,412,640. >> Okay. So, let's track out what's on the paper. >> What's the number? What's the number? >> 4,412,640. >> So, strike a four off the front of it. >> Yes. >>

Apologize for that typo. Uh next up, total power electric services for electrical uh 278 uh, $2430. And then I believe um the next one will be uh adjusted um it's rising sun developing company uh general trades and site work. So the total amount is $939,11521. But if you'll recall, we decided to hold some of that back because of the receding and ensuring that all of that was uh receeded in the appropriate manner so that we could use it um as its intended purpose. So we held back I believe um Mr. White is about $25,000. So as soon as that check has already been cut, so as soon as that is completed up to par um and to standards, then we will release that check. But that's the only one that we are holding a check

on until that is completed to um to appropriate levels where it can be used. Any questions? >> So So you're holding the check on item seven. Is that correct? >> Yes. >> Okay. And then on item five, I'm I'm I'm a little bit old and disoriented on this one. Explain that number to me again. And what does that cover? >> I will tell you exactly. That one is uh central Kentucky sheet metal. So, Central Kentucky Sheet Metal um is for plumbing and mechanical. Uh the original contract amount was $2,854. Excuse me, $2,854,615. We had a net change of um change orders in the amount of $32,640. Uh the original purchase order was for 1,1525,385. So the total cost of that construction piece was $4,412,640. So, it's for the whole entire package um for plumbing and

mechanical for the ACV system at Anderson County Middle School plus the Safel Street project. >> Thank you very much. Appreciate it. >> You're welcome. Any other questions? If not, can I get a motion to approve? >> Motion to approve. Scott Brown. >> Second. Steve Carmichael >> with first and second. Can I get a roll call vote, please? Yes, Mr. Brown. >> Yes, >> Mr. Carmichael. Yes, >> Mr. Collins. Yes, >> Mr. Fentrez. Yes, >> Mr. Sergeant. Yes. uh request uh for WH grant. Uh Director of Special Education Beth Morgan Cook is requesting approval to apply for WH Crusade for children grant uh to apply for accessible packages um for our schools uh preschool through high school. These packages will include uh requests for careboards for elementary playgrounds, iPad for functional communication options and subscriptions to

adaptive program options. Uh these grants will be used to provide support for students with autism uh spectrum disorder, down syndrome, uh cereble pausy, and developmental uh speech and language impairments. >> This is a request to apply for the grant. Um and again, Mrs. Morgan Cook, our special education director, does a great job of applying for these grants and has received two uh previously. Um these are specific for um the care boards for elementary play playgrounds and the iPads specifically as you heard for those subscriptions and communications um for specific students. Are there any questions I can I or she can answer for you? >> I can tell you I think I think these are special enough. Let me make a motion. >> Second Scott Brown >> with a first and second. Can I get a

roll call vote, please? >> Yes, sir. Mr. Brown, >> yes. >> Mr. Carmichael. >> Yes. >> Mr. Collins. >> Yes. >> Mr. Fentress. >> Yes. >> Mr. Sergeant. >> Yes. >> Request for shortened school day slashweek uh consideration to approve shortened uh day school day andor week for two children. Um the request is based upon the recommendation of the individual administration and release committee the ARC for the students based on data from the current individual uh education programs and uh physicians. Uh the arks uh will continue to address the possibility of the plan uh for the students return to full day. U motion to approve requested shortened school day slashweek. >> Mrs. Morgan Cook works really closely with the schools um to work very hard to meet the needs of of children um as you

see these specific requests are at the request of an ARC in conjunction with the medical health care provider that helps guide those decisions. So this request is for two students to have a shortened school day with a purpose of in the future of returning to school full full day. Any questions that she or I can answer for you? >> Recommendation from an arc. Motion to approve. >> Second. Scott Brown >> with first and second. Can I get a roll call vote, please? >> Yes, sir. Mr. Brown. >> Yes. >> Mr. Carmichael. >> Mr. Collins. >> Yes. >> Mr. Fentre. Yes. >> Mr. Sergeant. >> Donations over $1,000. uh recommendation to approve the following donations over a thousand. 028Brown. >> Second. Steve Carmichael. >> Uh, with the first and second, can I get a roll call vote, please? >> Yes, sir. Mr. Brown, >> yes. >> Mr. Carmichael. >> Yes. >> Mr. Collins? >> Yes. >> Mr. Fentress? >> Yes. >> Mr. Sergeant? >> Yes. CACFP extended feeding uh food service director uh BJ Gritten requesting consideration for permission uh to implement extended feeding uh times for CACFP programs from 300 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the ACS cafeteria due to the federal government shutdown and families not receiving benefits. As you all know, most most of you all um know that the government did come to an agreement at some point in the evening last night. So, this um requested item was made um prior to that. Um I believe we would still like to make this

request in case there's a future need in order to explore this um need for Anderson County students and families. Um Mrs. BJ Grit is our food service director. She does a great job and works very hard to ensure we have a CACF program that is very beneficial for Anderson County children. And um due to the benefits being shut down, um we talked about potentially having additional opportunities from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. um at the high school. Um it's your choice whether you'd like to approve it moving forward since the government did have an agreement last night um or not. Um, are there any questions I can answer for you? >> I I'll give my opinion. Uh, I believe that as um, you know, even though they've come to an agreement, it's basically just kind

of kicking it down the road a little bit. So, we could easily have this again. U, so I think this would be beneficial to at least be able to have this as an option. Uh, and with that, I would give my motion. Okay, >> I'll second that, Scott Brown. And it's probably still a week away. So, >> yeah, they still probably get some >> I agree with everything you all just said and I think the times are tough anyway and this is a tough time from Thanksgiving to Christmas. So, through the first of the year, it's a hard time for a lot of folks. So, I agree with what you both said. >> So, with the first, second, and third, can I get a roll, please? >> Mr. Brown, yes. >> Mr. Carmichael, yes. >>

Mr. Collins, >> yes. >> Mr. of interest. Mr. Sergeant, >> uh, wellness plan coordinator, uh, stop and a consideration to approve a stop and to be paid, uh, from food service fund 51 in the amount of $1,000 for a food service staff member to organize, right, and coordinate meeting uh, to get the state required Anderson County wellness plan in place updated annually. Um motion to approve a stopen for wellness plan coordinator. >> Yes. >> That is a great question, Mrs. BJ. So we feel bad. agreed. I'll second that. >> It'll be a lot of work. with a motion and a second. Can I get a roll call vote, please? >> Yes. So motion, Mr. Sergeant. >> I second. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then Okay. Mr. Brown. >> Yes. >> Mr. Carmichael. >> Yes. >>
