The St. Charles Parish Public Schools Aspiring School Leader Academy, known as ASLA, was established for the 2425 school year with the goal of providing opportunities to aspiring leaders to hone their leadership skills prior to pursuing leadership positions. This rigorous and innovative nine-month program offers a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on instructional leadership, school operations, communication, and conflict resolution while also fostering personal growth through reflection and collaboration. Through this program, participants engage in hands-on learning experiences designed to build critical leadership skills such as decision-making, effective communication, and team building. Cohort 2 represents the second graduating class of this academy, a group of dedicated educators committed to preparing for roles in school administration. In addition to providing valuable leadership development, the ASLA is also designed to ensure that St. Charles Parish public schools
