Okay, we're going to call the meeting to order to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Make a motion to approve the consent consent agenda. Second move and second all in favor. Um is there any comment comment? Okay. How's it going? >> All right. So, welcome everybody. Happy November 18th. It's almost Thanksgiving craziness. So, I'd like to start by just talking about some past events because this has been a crazy month and everybody has been losing their minds. So, um it's a good thing that we'll have a vacation pretty soon. So, past events include this past Saturday we had a breakfast packing party is what we called it. And uh when they had it before,

others left this place they called Operation Christmas Child. So I also let the community know that that that was a part of it. We had a great turnout. Um it was just constant people. I worked in the kitchen and it was it was really nice to just talk to people and I believe that Sarah said that uh they packed 175 boxes. >> Wow. >> So that's really awesome. So, it was really great. And the wonderful thing about having it here is even if people forgot and they were going somewhere, they'd see it on the sign and like, "Oh, yeah, there it is. You know, it's happening right now. Let's stop." So, we had a great turnout and it went really well. So, very, very exciting for that. Secondly, what happened last week on Tuesday and

Thursday, we had parent teacher conferences. So, um PTC provided dinner. They provided uh tacos like a taco bar on Tuesday night and then um they provided student sandwiches on Thursday. So it's really nice. I'd like to say thank you to PTC for that. Jessica Hunt is the coordinator of all those activities. Our attendance rate K through three we had 95% attendance. 7 through 8 we had 58% attendance. And the reason for that is 15 families could not rescheduled. So even though we had a two nights of Tuesday, Thursday from 1:30 in the afternoon till 7:50 still. So I don't know how to work around that. Um it's a a discussion maybe for next year when we talk about calendar. I do not have any data yet for grades four through six. I know that some

some of them are trying to schedule uh conferences. So when I get that information so um you know the 58% for 78 is concerning but there's a reason that people can't come so try to figure out what it is. Then on Friday we have our student recognition our awards assemblies. So for outstanding attendance meaning two or less days missed. We have 47 students K through eight. For perfect attendance meaning zero minutes missed. Cardies are in 17 students. Outstanding academics in grades K through 4, which covers English, math, science, and social studies. And those are individually recognized. We have 24 students receive an award for outstanding academics grades grades 5 through 8. We tried something new this year. So, we're trying to raise the bar for our kids and get them more uh vested in their

performance and get them to be more proud of what they're doing. So we uh MTSS our multi-tered systems of support we decided to come up with a cumulative GPA of 3.5. We recognized the core subjects which are English, math, science and social studies. So for that cumulative GPA 5 today we had 18 students recognized. So we are going to be raising that for the next assembly to 2.7 this time it is 92.5% basically right now what we just did was 88% which isn't the average which is great but we want to raise the bar and let kids know what it's going to be like when they're just gaining that responsibility and they were excited. They were excited to have those awards and to know that, hey, I can just get this for one thing. I

got this because I worked hard everything and I decided to. So, I was really excited for them. Um, we did have one student who received the 4.0 that was Keith Scrimma. So, 4.0. Awesome. Citizenship. We have 34 students that received their award and in all there were 140 students that received the board the best awards. We did put the recipients in the newsletter so all their names were tucked up in the newsletter. Uh and our next assembly will also include most include most improved academics for K through8. So today we have a visit from Belfi and they came to the kitchen to do a review and they I talked about this last time they were looking at our our numbers as far as our snack program, as far as our after school program. They stayed

in the kitchen and watched George serve lunch to all the kids and they just watched the whole thing they went through at the school and watched the snack program be served. They asked questions about the after school program as far as um is this open to all students because they thought it was just a certain number of kids and those are the only ones that could be there. And Dorothy told them every student can come to after school and then they asked about the uh if they charge for after school and he said yes. And then they said well do you want to turn a child down? We said no we never turn a child down. So they never going to say you can't go just cuz you can't pay and you know payment is

strongly encouraged but we never turn down. So uh the gal that was here today one of the ladies that was here said that kind of changes everything and that it's great. It's a great program. So, um I think that they were concerned that we were limiting the number of students that we serve and that we that we give you throughout the school and it's open to every but so I just wanted to share that information with you. Friday upcoming pieum better go I'm going better go. So, and I'm bringing something from Costco cuz I don't want to turn to bed. >> [laughter] >> No, they have this they have this creme brulee cake that like looks amazing. So, I think you can't get it without. [laughter] >> So, you should have never said ever. >>

Well, they won't know. I'm not telling them. But the last [laughter] >> the last Well, no, you don't watch it afterwards. [laughter] The last three years I have baked something. Last year I did the sugar-free thing and the two years before that I baked up and it was it was fun but I just can't. I prior practice Thursday night. I'm like I can't do it this year. I just can't. So yeah, I have to spend my money which is fine and it looks great and it'll probably be amazing. So okay, moving on. So staff recognition, we have our staff member of the month. So for individual qualities, trustworthy and accountable, Mrs. Boille, respectful, positive, kind, and acceptable. A tie between Mrs. Bole, Mr. Ericson, Miss Evson, Miss Bolson, and Mrs. Pritchard. Adaptable and flexible. Mr.

Marsh. Woohoo. >> Go, Marsh. >> Uh, adheres to safety procedures. Mr. Marsh. >> Way to go, Mark. [laughter] >> Strong work ethic. Miss Martin, team player, helpful and supportive. Mrs. Bole and Miss Evansson, a good communicator. Mrs. Smartboard, seeking to self-improve and trying new things. Mrs. Boille, patient, empathetic, patient, empathetic, sorry, Mrs. Richard and Mr. Sutter. Involved in being a school leader, Mrs. Bole, that sense of humor, Miss Martin. Most honest, Mrs. Dong demonstrating understanding of child development, Mrs. ect and professional and responsible miss getting. So this is really nice because everybody gets recognized as you know a little little part of it and then cumulative with the most votes for staff member of the month was Mrs. Bole and she's not here but anyway congratulations to supporting our school. >> Congratulations to her. She

uh will receive schoolwide recogition and have a bulletin board and newsletter feature. Uh she'll also be recognized on the reader board and gets a certificate of achievement and she gets a $25 gift card for myself and preferred parking space for the month. So congratulations to her. I have no professional developments for the court this month. Uh and I have good news. So good news is that Smith Valley School has received an extension of the MTSS grant for a total of $3,150. that money has to be spent by February. Uh so what we plan to do the team met and we are going to use it on professional development for the teams to make sure that we are still uh improving and uh observing and just learning how uh other schools are handling their NPSS program

and so anyway that's really exciting. of the team this year is Miss Evansson. She's our facilitator, myself as administrator, Miss Hampton, Mrs. Mulovich, Mr. Eastman, Mrs. Spec, and Miss Gen. She is our past speaker. Uh, and then more good news comes from this lovely lady right over here. Yes. Okay. This is my annual plea to the board that I'm going to be judges for our amazing shake, which is going to be this Monday. And if you haven't heard one before, um it is amazing shake. It's for sixth, seventh, and eighth graders. And it's kind of a test of their business soft skills that the name comes from amazing handshake. So they have to have a good handshake, things like good, you know, body posture and eye contact and being able to think on their feet

to answer questions. And we're excited this year we're changing it up. And we're not doing the phone call. this year we're going to do something more along lines of customer service and happy to make change back to people. So, I think it'll be a really fun event and we would love to have any of you um or anyone else in the community. I think I still need a few judges, but um it is Monday and judging would be from around noon to about 3. And oh, my other good news is for the robotics team. I have a very small but dedicated team of kids and we just got another TM4 grant for $800 for the robotics team. So, we'll be able to pay for our competitions and all the fun stuff. So, >> congratulations. Very

nice. Thank you. Finally, today was our 59th day of school. And I'm counting kidney days. I'm not counting staff. >> Would anyone like to volunteer for the amazing shake before we move on? I have to I have to make a couple of adjustments to my calendar. So, I'll let you guys know as soon as I can do that. >> Why are you always staring at me? I don't understand. And she started it >> to call people out on the spot. >> You said 12 to 3. >> Yeah. Well, we'll be done by 3, but >> 12:30. >> Yeah. It's awesome. Um, >> I can do it. I have a couple little 15inut scared me >> any of those that need help the teachers are reaching out and trying to >> Oh yeah, trying to reschedu

Yes. Yeah. Sometimes I mean sometimes it just can't happen. So um when we try to grab parents as they walk through the board in the morning or as they come through in the afternoon to pick up their kids and like if a parent comes in the middle of the day I I've already talked to teachers and say, you know, if so and so comes, can we just grab you? We'll have somebody come to your class or have Yes. Fine. And so we're we're working on that flexibility. So yeah, someone >> Yes. So our staff know that um you know they're we're doing what we can and the parent comes in. >> Yeah. Um okay. So, the only couple things that I wanted to point out to you guys just so that you you probably already

saw them, but just we talked about them. One is on the cash report, you might see that the transportation account is in the negative. It's pretty common this time of year. As a reminder, we get our big transportation amounts from the county and the state in December and May. So, you kind of will see us dip as we approach those months cuz we not we don't have enough coming in on the revenue side. And you'll see that on the revenue report as well. only received 7% of our revenue in the transportation fund as of this time of year. So you would expect us to go in the negative in that account. Uh the PJ club fund is in the negative as well every month as we see. But then you can see the deposit is

quite a bit over the number. So that's really good news. That means you know swing of what,00 bucks there. That's it's a big deal. So that's awesome news. Um, I think those are the only two things that I wanted to point out, unless anyone had any questions on anything. Those are the only big ones that I wanted to touch on. >> Any more color on the four students or the four bodies on the missile and that seems a little bit out of character. >> Um, actually, so they've been there since the beginning of the year and they were there last year as well. They just really dunk their feet on getting me their feet. I should tell only Bissell, not the kids, not the family. when I find these I really need those that we're

gonna do this. So or I'm not >> I was going to say a part of that too is that last year was the first year we really had to do this because the administrators will let kids come in in the middle of the year and then fill out the paperwork last year but now they're looking better to do it. So it doesn't mean that Trevor is one of those people. That's not what I'm saying. Trevor rides up. I'm not what I'm saying. [laughter] Um but but that has happened and I've seen it uh when you look at the other district numbers and when we had our superintendent meetings that they've had different procedures in different school districts and now it's required to make sure that those funds are filled out. >> Uh I will say

I think the only other the only other one is the last report that I was giving you guys. I just wanted to point out that did you guys see that it went up a little bit? went up. Our current enrollment went up a little bit. >> What's up nine? >> Uh yeah, we're up a little bit. We're up to 171. So we went up. We've been going up since the beginning of the year. We were at 162 at the beginning of this school year. We're at 171. So we're moving the right direction this year. So that's great news. >> What was that? >> It's great news. >> Our fall report. >> Our A&B was between those two. Yeah, sweet like uh actually it might have been the it might have been the high one. Might

have been all the way up to the 171 cuz I don't think we've received any. >> I don't know if we've received any since the AMB count. We also had >> what time is this? >> Well, we had to redo our A and B count a couple times too because we got part we partial for extracurricular and uh a student at the special co-op and so it took OPI a while to get us where we needed to be on that. So, we have a little bit of bump in our A and B, but it might have been I can pull up the A and report and then I can tell you instead of fishing around for the answer. I just sent it to the county because we had 71. Y >> really know. So J

hasn't. Okay. So on the side it's looking worse at the far end. I don't know if you guys I still want to bid without I haven't found anybody that'll do that for us. >> Yeah, they don't do that. The three people that we had out here, none of them recommended that. They said that what's going to happen is the above the halfway point where we decide to go is just going to start peeling apart apart. So they have moisture issues. I don't think will happen to it will happen. And so the thing is if you do it you make an investment like that you want it to be something that's going to last you last a long time. >> What's underneath that? Is it just wood? >> You know, I'm not sure. I'm assuming that

it's just uh probably barrier. >> Yep. Barrier. I'm assuming. >> So, I mean, we could we could pull one off. >> So, here you said that we had three people come up. Yeah, we had we had three, right? >> But did only one submit a bid? >> All three of them did. One was 19,000. He decided he couldn't do it. >> The other one this last So, But the worst part is just down there, right? >> Well, it's all around actually. I mean, but yeah, the worst is at that end, but this every exit or entrance, whatever is bad. So, >> and it's spreading horizontally, >> right? >> We do need to do some investigation on that. If there's no plywood sheathing behind that siding, that means the siding is acting as sheathing and it

has to be there for seismic coat. We cannot remove the siding that's there and put steel on. If there's no plywood sheeting cannot unless we unless we buy a whole bunch of change offsets of all the >> So maybe the thing to do Jay would be to spend a few minutes and peel back on one just one somewhere where you can See what's going >> We have Yeah, we have the rotten spots just feel about the bad spot. >> We have information from when this building was open. Can we have all of that information? It's possible we need to like something that haven't so might be just lost. Can I collect the So, he had three bids, but one was like 19 and he said, "Never mind. I can't do it for 19." No, he

didn't say that. He said, "I don't have time to do it." >> Okay. >> He come out with no measuring tape and he give me the $19,000 bid. I said, "Are you confident on your measurements?" Oh, yeah. >> Okay. >> He changed his mind. >> And then one Did we Did we see another one or is this >> There was another one. >> Um there was one a couple months ago. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I know it was way higher than this >> like one something right >> I thought it was around I thought it was around 98,000 but that was months ago before the tariffs and so this this has gone up because this was originally at 70's at 79 one to 95 now it's like 82 two for the lowest of the one

that was submitted. >> So 825 is the lowest now and 985 is the highest same 26 is the best and then the other is 28. >> Yeah. And you want something solid and pale and everything down here. >> Yeah. and footballs. >> All right. So, we'll keep looking for more information. Maybe we can make a decision by our next meeting without moving forward. So, part in a bad way. Like if if we would have voted yes on this today, is he going to have it done before the snow comes? He said he put me on a schedule. I asked him that. He said he'd have to put me on the schedule. So I would be lying to you if I said yes cuz he didn't tell me yes or no. So and also if we

did go with him, he wants to us to pay for the material right away. >> That's scary. >> Yeah. I don't know if we will do that. No, I have seen too many people walk away after today. >> We actually can't do that. >> And I told >> by law, >> I don't think that can happen, but I'll find out. So, >> we can't do that. >> Have we ever have we have we done this to the people? But we can't make decision. That's too much money. >> Oh, what was that? We have we have to run this through legal notices before we can even think about all we have to do is that is is put in there that we're looking for bids. >> We have a time frame to put out 30 days

or something like that. How long do we have to advertise for two weeks? >> But we and then we'd have to ask for sealed bids. If we're sure we're going to end up,000, >> if somebody would if somebody would bid under 80, we could hire in one spot. >> We would need to put a scope of work together so everybody's getting the same. So I guess maybe my suggestion is have a have a facilities meeting. You write the school and get it in the paper and we will discuss it. I don't believe >> what is the site that's on the outside. What is that called? Party board. That was parting board. >> Basically, it's peeling back. It's just rotten away. I think it's actually >> I think it's held up well except where the sidewalks

are. >> It's allowed the snow will pull up there and then it just soaks up the sidewalk. >> It's a candlewood. >> But those those sidewalks are shoveled every day. I mean, multiple times a day. >> Yeah. But if you look at where that when they put that the the concrete in they put it right up against camp. >> There should have been a walk. >> So facilities committee. >> Let's schedule something. >> Let's schedule a meeting right now. Let's not Why do I need to send emails when we're all in the room together? Let's just do this. >> See, now I'm looking at them. Does that feel better? You like that better? Ring. [laughter] How fast can we get that the information together of what's behind of if it's plywood back? >> We can

find that out tonight before we leave. >> Well, I can really time. >> Yeah, but Jay can do it tomorrow. >> I got a knife flashlight. And then like I said, we have >> we don't like your night. >> September of the month, baby. [laughter] >> You made it. >> Did we win? >> Yes, we did. >> Yay. >> Um, the earliest I can do is December 2nd. >> I'm good. Anything the next mention that has to be the 12 anything after 6 or anything after Friday >> the next week did you say >> the week of the 8th I can do anything after 6 or anything Friday is not the >> 9th is the Christmas >> so I I have a small problem with evening meetings but maybe I don't know if you guys

need to have >> well the most important I mean a lot of it you you know the stuff so you can have that part just over the scope >> I can make 530 >> do you want to just write up a scope of work and get it to me and I advertise it or get it out to the facilities committee I think I can write one and email it to the facilities committee and then >> then we can say >> say yes or no >> and then it actually has to come back to the board >> for me to put it paper >> I mean we meet on the 16th of December >> we'll just put it on a >> on the agenda for the 16th of December that we'll approve that >> do it

that way and then If you feel like you need to get everything, I think that's that seems to be the most. >> I just don't want to get in trouble with somebody. Are >> you right? Cuz it is more than >> Okay, we'll do that. Then we don't have to try to schedule a meeting in this crazy time of year. You can put together that, send it out to us, then we can throw it on the agenda meeting. No, but it has to be pressure. So they go and this guy who's this person who says they did the direct steel on there. So, um, steel does pose a potential issue with wireless communication. Do we have a lot of wireless stuff going on that >> has to work through the walls? >> So, since I

just came in, will you brief me on Are we talking about >> in this building? >> I'd have to check with our wireless hotspot building. Well, we have access points and so right now it's two classrooms per access point. They're up in the ceiling in the hallways. >> So that shouldn't be a >> as long as as long as we have a wire coming into here. >> Oh, into the building >> from from one building to the other has to be a wired connection or it will cause problems. >> The only one we wouldn't is our portable has wireless that they pull from the gym. >> So we don't we're not hardwired or anything. That's the security cameras are all hardwired. >> Yeah, we're cabled pretty good on almost everything. So, it's just the portable

that's the other thing. Yeah, 300 building roof is leaking. You can see the roof. I had a guy out here a couple months ago. He fixed five holes in there. Had another leak. started Monday. I noticed it had day fixed a couple more holes. He just fixing the car. No, I don't know what he's fixing. I have to ask what he's using. And when you're saying holes, are we talking screw holes? >> Well, he said is cracking. I asked him, "How come we keep getting these holes up there?" He said shifting or something cracking. I just keep on that's all we can do especially if you have to spend $80,000 here. So in the past you had brought up some quotes for like spray on liner on top of steel to have a guy from

down by hot springs. Uh I think we may need to revisit that 17,000. It's been a while. I don't remember exactly. >> Yeah, that would be worth it. >> I believe you found him once a week or something here. >> Oh, that guy called me. He was new to the area. >> Yeah, it probably doubled. >> There are there are guys that are running out of work now. They're the building downhill. Perhaps we get somebody to >> I'm guessing they can't spray that in the wood. >> Yeah, probably basically I'm sure rubberized which is what it doesn't so much couple of our heaters uh this ras on top of what I just approved. I don't I I don't think so. This has been We've done a lot of work already. So, there's probably something that

they already filled. And the one in the >> I don't think so. We don't pay We don't prepay for work. So, there's no way we could have already paid for that. I don't have those. >> I don't think we have not paid for yet. >> The one in the gym needs a motherboard, he furnaces adopted. What's that? Adopted. Someone needs a mother to adopt. >> [laughter] >> Yeah. >> Now I know why we get so many confused. [laughter] >> Thank goodness. >> Well, I mean that's what maintain. [laughter] Okay. >> Unless you have good news. >> I don't have it. >> All right. Action. Um. Oh, we need to approve hiring Willie Davis as uh 783 girls basketball coach. I make a motion to hire Willie Davis as a fiscal year 2678 girls basketball coach

and approve the fiscal year 2678 girls basketball coaching contract second. All in favor? >> I Okay, I'll make a motion to hire Patrick Connors as fiscal year 2656 girls basketball coach and approve 2656 girls basketball coaching contract. I'll second that. All in favor? >> I appreciate that you put them there together. >> I love it, too. >> Okay. Um, okay. This one might take >> yourself. I don't think this will take a long time unless you guys have lots of questions, which I'm hoping you already directed to the guy at Bridge Health Alliance. I will do my best, but here's what I have to say about it. So, as you guys hopefully know, we're a member of the Northwest Montana Health Consortium. Okay, so the consortium is not going to fully dissolve at this time,

but I will tell you that there are already members of the consortium that have signed with Bridged Health. So, if we don't sign with Bridged Health, it's going to look very interesting come renewal time because we will not have the same number of lives in our party that we currently have in the consortium. So I would expect a big rate hike through the consortium if we don't move to rich. Now we can also look at other we can go out to bid. I will tell you that I've went out to bid every year. You guys know this. I have gone out to bid every year that I've been here and no one has ever touched the consortium rates. The rates that bridged came back with which are the rates for this coming year are a

decrease from what our current rates are. It's a slight decrease, but we've never seen a decrease in the years that affected. >> That was my only question was how do we I want to do the best we could. It doesn't matter. I mean, as far as we're concerned, it really doesn't matter if we don't put any money into. >> Correct. Um I have sat through several meetings with John Doran through Bridge Health Alliance. You probably have as well. Um very knowledgeable guy. That's why I said if you have questions, email him because he's very quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. So, if you think of something later, don't feel like you can't ask him because you can. Um, but I would say they're definitely doing their homework on building this trust. They're they're doing the

right things. And the thing that sold me on signing with Bridge at the last meeting that he went to or that I went to that he presented at is that cuz the biggest concern is you have to sign for 5 years. you have to go in for five years, you can't come out. So, that scary in the health insurance world, right? You go in and then they can jump your rate. Well, they actually can't. They're actually they have a ceiling built into how they make the trust. So, they can only I think it's they can only go above 1.5% over the state is it CP CPI? Is that am I using the correct acronym? But they're locked on a ceiling of what they can raise our rates by. and the ceiling is less than what

our rates have already been raising by. So in my opinion, we can't lose by joining bridged because even if they raise our rates every year for the 5 years that we're in there, we will see less increases than we have seen for the last four years. >> And the teachers, have they seen any addition? the school districts in the area and statewide um a lot of them many of them have already jumped on board. >> Yeah, there is one way I think that the rates could increase is if we have a high number of claims over the next 5 years. >> Yes, >> there is a 10 up to 10% add or basically >> correct. That's I mean that's only if we are in the highest 10% of the claims >> group and that's the

same way that Musk has operated for years for those districts that were with must. It's the same thing and they did it lot a long time ago. It was probably 10 to 12 years ago. Must did that where they came to all of their schools and they took that number to get them up to that that rate. Um, but it's doesn't happen super frequently and like I said, it can happen with anything. The only reason we haven't seen major rate hikes with the consortium is because we've been using our reserves to buy down our rates every year, our premiums. Otherwise, our rate hike every year would have been significantly more. But I sit on that board and we've been using our um we've been using our money essentially to buy down our premiums, which is

how the trust is built as well. Eventually, [snorts] that's exactly what they'll do is they'll use the money to buy back the premiums to buy their money. >> Correct. Yeah. Correct. Uh they also have the other thing that I liked about it is they have so the state is kicking in that $40 million number. I'm sure you guys have heard that. That's how the trust was formed is whoever could do this was going to get $40 million from the state, which is kind of a drop in the bucket in the health insurance world, but they get it right. um if they are super profitable, so if they make a certain amount of profits, they actually are required to pay that money back to the state. So it's to their benefit to keep their profits low.

So in order to keep their profits low, they give the money back to the school districts in the trust in a way of premium credits. So there's a lot of built-in things. Like I said, they've done their own work. They're building the trust the right way um to where I don't think we would lose by joining. Uh it's the rates are not exactly what like the blackhead county rates are. You know when we talk about those great insurance for the state employees or county employees. We're not quite there yet. However, I think it has the possibility to do that. That's the goal. That's what they're trying to do is is give the teachers in Montana that same kind of a benefit. Right. That's the goal. >> They should have a long time ago. They should

have already they should be able to the BS >> um >> the health insurance >> health insurance. >> Yeah. I mean it's been a long time coming. >> Um but I will say that I I feel very >> so this would be >> I would 100% recommend this. >> Yeah, I would make a motion. >> I'll make a motion to approve self alliance. I'll second move. Is there any other discussion? All in favor? >> I think I think they'll be happy. This is going to be an excitement. >> I think they'll be happy, but some people just don't like changes. >> Well, we've already had changes within the consortium even. So, we've changed TBAs inside of that. So, I I'm not worried about it. So, we need a memorandum with five county elections. >> Yep.

This is for them to run our election again this year. Uh Paula Buff is their election administrator again and she was on board and things are looking good. >> Jason's up this year. He's like, "Who's up this year?" [laughter] >> Oh, you ain't going nowhere. >> We won't tell anybody. >> Yeah. You better You better approve this just in case. >> Do we have any reason not to build the office? >> No. Saves us money. >> If you want me to run the election, >> then we have to pay her. >> And then you have to hear me complain about running the election. >> All right. Let's uh I'll make a motion to approve the MOA with the Flathead County Election Department. >> I'll second move and second after you heard the reasoning. >> No

discussion. All All in favor? I I >> opposed. Motion passes. Uh resolution 261 calling for a trustee election for Jesus. I'll make a motion to call for the resolution 26-1 calling for trustee election. Secondly, anybody any discussion? We typically do this in February just for anybody keeping track at home, but the the law changed and you have to pass it before December 11th now and our next board meeting is after that. So that's why >> you still have lots of time. We got plenty of time. >> The date that it opens I think is December 12th that it opens for people to actually start applying for that suit. >> So when is it? I think it's December 12th >> because you have to pass how they change the law is you have to pass the

resolution before it opens >> and in the past it was open in December to apply but you hadn't actually called for an election yet. >> Thus one of the reasons why the law changed kind of like a wrong order of operations >> and we'll still not have nobody else. >> Okay. So that's why you're passing it. >> Okay. >> In November. >> All in favor? I I pass no remove. >> So last year we didn't receive a formal bid we noticed after we went back and looked. So 2 years ago was the last bid that we had from Mr. Plow and this bid is up $15 per plow and $15 per sand on the 2-year ago rate. So I would say that the three of us would say go ahead and say go cuz going

up it didn't it didn't increase at all last year. So that's pretty little. >> We didn't have any issues following >> just don't [laughter] get those did you get those uh curvings in yet? >> No. You did you did get the message that I can't send you or not. So I'm going to visit with you after meeting. I'll make a motion to approve the snow removal. Good job. Keep us on track. >> I'll second. Moved and second. All in favor? >> I Okay. Um I am just going to table the Okay. discussion at this point. So you got everybody got some correspondence from early minor subdivision. >> It is a minor subdivision. It's just two lots. Um there's really I mean it's just it's just information. >> We can't say yes, we can't say no.

Um, I went over that one time. Can't say yes. So, it's just something for you to look at. >> And hopefully they each have 10 kids. >> That's right. And they come here. >> That's right. >> Cuz my neighbor across the road has like five kids that just moved in. there from here. >> Okay. Anybody have any special discussion? >> Um I just want to let you guys know that I'm meeting with um the roundabout people on Thursday. So I have a meeting, an online meeting with three individuals. I'm just going to give you more information about what's happening. So meeting already asked some questions. It's on Thursday and >> yeah, tell them ask them ask them why it didn't be taken out of our side. >> Oh, so actually I asked her that question

already and she said they are taking some of the front property of Kelly Ray and she said this particular line they need construction. So, and then I also asked her, you know, we put those flags in here, we have building, right? So, we have clusters and and she said that uh evidently when the when the addition to the building was made, when the theme when everything was built, I I don't know if they didn't get if they didn't consider the right way when they built it, what happened. But anyway, she talked to Manny, I can't remember her last name, and she said that they're making They're going around the building. So, there's another building. So, >> that would have been a good way to get a new building. >> We're going to have that uh

discussion discussion on on Thursday. >> Have they said yet what they're going to give us for the property? >> Uh no. And before they really offer, I would have somebody come out and give us an approval. Um, so, so one thing I'm going to ask her for sure is like where where really is the sign? We have both plans. So, >> um, >> this looks like they're taking a pretty good section. >> And yes, that was the plan before. But I told her, I said, "My fear is that somebody's going to go clown into our building up." She said, "We don't want that." I said, "No, we don't. We don't want that." >> Okay. >> So, that's coming up this week. Let >> us know any other discussion.
