001It just seems to me like it's redundant. Uh I myself I want to get to business. So I I just think we need to move on from that so we can be more expeditious. We all know who we are here. So why don't we just move along and get rid of that little thing? That's my that's the wishes of the board. I would like that. If not, we'll continue to uh as I consider wasting time. But that's not us doing it. That's them. You have to say, "Don't say >> but we're the ones that make the rules, not that." >> No, we didn't make that rule. They They're just being cordial. >> They're just being cordial. >> I understand that, but I'm just saying we could put it out. I mean, to me, it's a

002waste of time. It's a waste of time, but if y'all want to be recognized All right. All right. Okay. So, do we want to continue with the tradition? >> Yes or no? >> I think it should be up to the person. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you're not required if you don't want to. Okay. The the the other thing so we're not stepping on each other. Um so we can give each other the the mutual respect. uh is um when a person is presenting a um whatever they're presenting uh please allow the chair uh to ask if anybody has questions at that time by all means somebody um say you have a question or whatever you don't at that specific time need to like I used to all the time at that specific time

003every time you have to say uh chair and then I give you the floor. You don't need to do that. The only thing that I don't want us to be doing like we can't do that because we done it in the past. We start talking over each other. Allow the person to [clears throat] to uh finish and then I'll say, "Are you done?" And that way if somebody else wants to say something, uh you don't have to ask me, but I just want us to have so we're not stepping on each other. Um, I would really appreciate that. So, we can uh uh move on. >> Uh, do we have any questions? If not, can I get a a motion to adjourn? >> I'll make a motion to adjurnn. I second. >> Okay. and also

004paper of German. Uh-uh.
