001That's fine. Oh, you're good. And  we are live. Good morning and thank   you for joining us for our special meeting  related to the Boseis vote here on Tuesday,   October, April 28th. If we'd all please  stand for the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America  and to the republic for which it stands,   one nation under God, indivisible, with  liberty and justice for all. Two items on   this recommended motion be resolved. The board  of education convene an executive session for   the purpose of discussing a No, this is not right.  Why am I reading that? I apologize. Ignore that. Public heard. No, just go to new business. I  There's no public here. We have to leave the   door open. Yeah. Thank you. Nassau Bose's  board of election. Um, wait. I just need   to

002find those names. Yeah, I know I know,  but I need to find the Oh, there we go. Um,   be it resolved. The Jurgical Board of Education  cast it votes for the following candidates for   members of the Boseis Board of Education.  For a refresher, there are three open spots   for there are three spots up for election on the  Boseis board. There are four candidates running.   The four candidates are Deborah Anne Coats,  Lawrence Greenstein, both of whom are incumbent,   and Doug Pascarella and Janine Duzto, both  of whom are looking to fill an open seat. Um, oh, I didn't have a mo I didn't have I have  I need a motion. Do I have a second from Mrs.   Citron? Thank you. Now, discussion. Deborah  Coat, Lawrence Greenstein, Jannine Despazito,   and Doug Pascarella. Any discussion? Um Deban  Coats and

003Lawrence Green despite our issues with   the way Boseis has been charging us for various  things. Um see done a good job and I'm sure they   will do a better job in the future of explaining  to us why we're getting charged for certain things   and fixing whatever discrepancies or issues  that we have with that. Um with Mr. Pascarella   and Miss Espazito. Um so my view would be to  to support Mr. M coats and and Mr. Greenstein   um having attended the debate. Mr. Pascarell,  I believe this is his second time running for   the board. Miss Despazito, I think this is her  first time. My preference from having seen them   at the debate three two and a half weeks ago.  Um that Mr. Pascarella is more prepared for   the position right now. Mr. Espazito clearly a  very smart

004accomplished woman. Mr. Pascarella   um has been working in government for a  while. Mr. Espazito has been a lawyer. Um   my preference is for for Mr. Pascarella for our  third vote. But sounds good to me. He said his   his resume looks like he has the appropriate  credentials. Great. Yes. A agreed. Okay. So,   um we have a vote. We can take a vote in favor  of Deborah Anne Coats, Lawrence Greenstein,   and Douglas J. Pascarella. All in favor?  Three. Thank you very much. Moving on.   Recommended motion. 005in the coming  year.
