Good morning everybody All public schools in New York State are required to vote on the administrative budget for their BOCES or board of cooperative educational Services administrative budget this vote typically occurs in the third week of April and on a common date For the districts in that respect of BOCES district The BOCES administrative budget includes all salary benefits and miscellaneous expenses For the BOCES central administration as well as the cost
002of retiree health insurance for former BOCES employees as required by New York State These costs are allocated to all component districts utilizing the resident weighted average daily attendance or our WADA number for the component districts The 26 27 BOCES administrative budget is 14 million 191 thousand six hundred twenty eight dollars an increase of five hundred nineteen thousand four hundred thirteen dollars And the summary of that budget is attached to the resolution along with the BOCES capital and program budgets for reference Scarsdale's allocation of the administrative budget of seven hundred and fifty nine thousand four hundred ninety dollars is included in our adopted budget That is to be voted on by our voters on May 19th, 2026 Thank you.
