001Okay, being that it is 7:10, I'd like to call this meeting of the Upper Percy School Board to order. >> Sorry again, we're late. >> Um, first off, we'll do the pledge of allegiance. term. >> I pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Bradley, exactly Mr. Bishop. Mr. Bishop, could I have a roll call, please? >> You know, Bradley's here. >> Certainly, I can't follow that, but uh Director Oswald >> here. >> Director Sharid >> here. >> Director Chaffrani, >> Director Cunningham >> here, >> Director McCarrick >> here, >> Director Fluki >> here, >> Director Kopilowski >> here, >> Director Bieber >> here, >> and Director Penny Packer >> here. >>
002Thank you. Um, I'll do the interaction of staff. So, we have Mr. Bishop, our business manager. We have Georgie Fiser. Is this your last meeting? >> We're going to miss you. Uh our HR director, till the end of the month. Uh Dr. Fina, our assistant superintendent, Kyle Summers, our esteemed attorney. Uh Dr. Roach, our esteemed superintendent, and uh Reagan Miles, our esteemed student representative. All right, I'm going to move to the board president's report. I do have a statement I'd like to read. Uh on tonight's agenda, the finance committee is presenting the proposed final budget for the 202627 school year. I know the first thing many people will notice is the potential tax increase of 12.8% and I want to address this directly. First, this represents a worst case scenario at this point in the
003budget process. Between now and our next finance committee meeting on June 8th, our administrative team and committee members will continue refining the budget, closely scrutinizing expenditures, identifying areas where costs can be reduced, as well as have additional time to refine revenue projections as part of the budget process. It's also important to understand that part of this increase is tied to factors outside of the district's direct control. Because we are a multi-county school district, Pennsylvania school code requires us to rebalance the tax assessments between the two counties each year. Those calculations are determined by the state tax equalization board, also known as STEB. STEB establishes adjustment factors intended to ensure that taxpayers across different counties are contributing fairly based on current market values. As property val market values have increased significantly, those equalization factors have shifted,
004which impacts how the tax burden is distributed across the district. In addition, this proposed budget does not currently include any potential increases in Pennsylvania state funding. At this time, we do not have yet have final clarity from the state regarding education funding levels and we cannot responsibly budget for revenue that has not yet been confirmed. Throughout this process, our goal remains the same, balancing fiscal responsibility with maintaining the quality of education and services our students, staff, and community expect and deserve. As members of this community and taxpayers ourselves, we understand the impact a significant tax increase would have. We do not take that lightly and we will continue working diligently to identify every possible area of relief before the budget is finalized. That is my president's report. I will turn it over to Dr. Roach.
005>> Thank you very much. Let me get spread the screen on them. >> All right. Thank you. Um, thanks for the ability. Very busy night tonight. Um, with in the middle of Artsfest here, so we're happy to be here. Maybe we get out before and see one of the concerts if you haven't had a chance. I know we'll talk about it in a couple minutes here, but it's really been a great week so far. Uh I want to start off by kind of giving a real quick uh innovation fair recap and next steps because there was a lot of uh momentum coming out of February and um you know a lot of activity going on. So I want to share kind of some we did collect feedback that evening want to share some updates uh
006where we are right now what's happening in the short term and then some potential longer range pieces about the innovation affair. So if you weren't aware we had an innovation fair on February 26th at the middle school. list kind of tell tells about the uh what the purpose was. Yeah. Initially as a part of my goals, this was really about focused on cost savings and getting more efficient. It was more of efficient efficiency fair at the time thinking about the upcoming budget that we're working with and really trying to get ideas on that front to reduce costs to maybe bring in additional revenues and uh and all that pieces. But actually when I started to roll it out and go to speak with students and speak with uh people in the community, there was really
007a need there and I didn't want to shut anyone down about innovative ideas, other things that may not be financial on the on the surface, but something that could make the overall student experience uh better at Upper Perk and better for our community in general. So I think we started to broaden that a little bit and that's some of the presentations that we had. Um, so though it was initially focused financially, I think the opportunity uh working with um with our teachers and um I see Mrs. Austin here, some of her students that were game ready to jump right in um may not have been a financial piece, but definitely did not want to stifle any idea uh coming up the first time to to give this a whirl. So, uh we appreciate everyone's effort
008and I think it was a good overall night. All the board was there. We had an opportunity for uh for some good dialogue. It felt like a good community event. It opened the doors. I was hoping to have people that normally have opinions in their in their fingers on the computer to come and present some ideas that would be helpful for for us as a district to to be part of the solution. So, uh highlights, we had uh several uh student presentations led by students as young as third grade as you can see the two gentlemen there in their shirts and ties and suits uh working with Mr. Freeze there. So, we had a sponsor a scholar how less technology could impact all your schooling. I'm not sure everyone's on that on that thought right
009now, but senior paint your parking spot. Laps are are for your body, not for punishment. Those are the students that are in the picture there. Mental health awareness, and then another mental health spotting the signs. Again, this is all student presentation topics that were there. Then we had our staff and administration uh present on a topic as well topics as well. Upper Perk Cyber Academy. Uh the paper towel problem, paper versus uh the electric hand dryers, uh athletics community sponsorship, school garden initiative, computer literacy, community education program, uh Google versus Microsoft, um savings and spirit, and then summer efficiencies and optimized building usage. Again, that's from staff and admin. And we had a nice cross-section there. And then we had a great great uh showing from our board and community as well. cross-stage tutoring, recognizing
010high school credit uh from credits that are taken in math, parents for inclusion, prevention and the role in the community, researchbased achievement, and student disciplinary committee. All of which were part of the conversation. So, those were all our presentations and uh we asked people to when they when they went around, there was a feedback card. Of course, the feedback card was tied to a raffle uh to turn it in, but we were able to ask for some feedback, short-term goals, long-term impact, things that had some momentum uh and some feedback. So these are the top five um responses from the inperson recommendations that were there. Um so you can kind of see short-term long-term um these were the top five that in terms of the the items that were submitted for recommendations. All right. So
011people thought these were the ones that had had the information. So we're happy to share that information. And then these are there's a greater description of those those ones that were there. So, summer efficiencies, couple of our admin in the room here presented on other ways, creative ways to um to improve our summer programming by being more efficient, building consolidation, maximizing our facilities with and with as well as transportation, and I'll mention that a little later, cross age tutoring, sponsor a scholar, trying to help students, encourage them to not make a financial issue be the issue of not taking on a uh an AP test or an advanced test. School credit for middle school math. This is a tough one. As a middle school, former middle school principal, I've had this question many times and
012uh it really credits typically begin in high school. Um but I understand the trajectory question. So I think that's a little got a little more um discussions for that credit piece at the high school. And then parents for inclusion, upper park tank was another one. Again, these are the five that had the most feedback from the inerson uh attendees that night. Um, initially short term, these six items are in motion or happening fairly soon over the course of the summer and into next year. So, high school painting the parking spots. We discussed this at our last facility meeting. That'll be happening. The the application will be going out to the juniors, current juniors, and then the sophomores fairly soon. Uh, Mr. Flanigan, Mr. Senivitis are leading that. Uh, Mr. Amler is here looking forward to
013looking at all the painting designs that are going to be going down. They have some time set aside in the summer to come paint and uh and looking for look make sure the parking lot will look different come the fall for sure. Um so they're going to personalize that. So the process for that athletic community sponsorship program. We did discuss this at our finance committee meeting um this past um Monday and uh kind of more than simply the the the banners on the on the on the fence. truly athletic sponsorships um with some packages as well as some game sponsors and other things that could bring in some additional revenue. So uh as a as a as a matter of that meeting and then the conversation that had uh with Mr. Infrani at the at
014the meeting, we did meet this morning with uh Mrs. Hiligus from the Ed Foundation and had a cross-section sharing some of the feedback u making sure they're both aware of of um the items that are going on and how they can help each other as well as not oversaturate donors with the same conversation. And so we've we've already had initially that conversation and built that bridge. Upper Brook Cyber Academy. This is probably tied to the work that's happened all year with the the cyber school. Um looking at the the feedback we've gotten, but definitely have some energy here. Uh Dr. Wallof and and Mr. Flanigan and the team there looking at what we can do this summer um and how do we improve our cyber program. We got lots of feedback this year about why
015people are in their cyber schools or in their charter schools. Taking some of that and then being made creative. We met today with our teachers group as well has shared that we're looking for some feedback from our teachers. Uh this is not going to be a short-term change for the summer but definitely ways that we can improve on our offerings uh throughupola or other offerings with flexibility uh for our students. So definitely an area there. I confirmed with Mr. Freeze that he has taken the students feedback directly uh from laps are are for your body not a punishment. The students were okay with one lap two laps too many. So they have adjusted their practice coming out of re uh out of uh the cafeteria. They'll do one lap and then they make their way
016and the students advocated for it and that's where they are. Small wins, right? That that's great. Uh savings and spirit. This was uh Mrs. Dinda at the 45 center had some great ideas um with a couple savings things on programs which we've taken a look at as well as other ways to in infuse some uh some wellness and and mental health supports in our uh professional development opportunities. So, we already have a day set aside in the 2027 2627 school year. Uh, and we're squeaking a little bit of wellness into our uh inservice day next week as well as a starting point for that. And we're going to continue to look at uh as you guys know through budget process um any redundancies and pieces as we're ending power school. We're trying to go all
017in. Um even though that can be hard sometimes because some people like certain programs, we have to make sure that that's as cost-effective as it is possible. And then summer efficiencies. So, lots of opportunities here. Um, we did revamp and have um consolidated ESY down to one building this summer. Uh, we I think the total net savings on paper was about $17,000 savings with transportation and costs and couple personnel pieces. So that is uh happening for this summer uh and well as well as the work that's happening in the facilities committee meeting about looking at the space here at this building uh and the uh nonoccupied space right now at 45 will continue to be on the on the horizon moving forward from the facilities committee. So So we have and Peg there isn't I
018think there's an auction update coming soon. I know you're waiting but it's it's getting packed back there but it's it's happening soon. I know >> you need one. We got one for you. All right. Uh and then so the other things that with the other feedback that night we had some some additional feedback maybe not the top five there but middle school vegetable garden was interesting. People had some interest in that. The student disciplinary committee there senior parking spots a technology balance which we've heard and we can see in other districts those conversations taking place as well as at one of our community conversations. Uh we heard some of that feedback from our parents and then cost savings and spirit initiatives as well. These were again from that from the in-person feedback that's there. So,
019um, nothing's a no. We're just have we took a chunk. We're moving forward with some of those, and we're going to continue to look at and get some more information and further explore. So, I think the hope now is we're going to, and I hope the plan is to continue to move forward with the action steps that I shared, review the recommendations with the admin during our summer and our in our time when we get together, look at goals as as we're establishing goals as an admin team. Is there anything in there? Um, reach out to our presenters and and follow up with them. Some some we need a little more information and and would like some followup. And then there's an ongoing discussion about should we do the innovation fair next year. So there's
020a conversation and see what the if it needs to build some momentum. If we can maybe raise the middle of the the gym and have the whole gym that would be great. So um you know that's up to be determined here. But I think there's definitely some energy and feedback that I get from time to time is that was was a good time and I think now that people know it um and maybe we can share it more with with staff they can encourage students to participate. So that's the update on the innovation fair. In addition, we're looking for parent feedback from our comprehensive plan um I'm sorry, comprehensive parent survey. Um so we already have over 250 submissions. So if you have not had a chance uh you can uh you know click there
021or the information that's been being sent out um we'd love to get more um the link in the Friday blast. Love to get more as many parents uh as we can to participate. We have a strong I think student I see the eyes from Dr. definitely a strong student student uh population right now as well as uh the staff as so a lot of surveys going on right now but this is one that we're looking for feedback from our parents >> do you want to list those numbers at the no off top of your head >> yeah I think we're at 150 staff responses um and I think the students were around the last time I checked although the cell phone policy. We have over a thousand responses, >> but um I think we were
022in the 600s, which is really good compared to last year's survey. >> Yep. And then just a couple highlights that have been taking place here over the course of uh the last month or so. So, National Junior Honor Honor Society induction at the middle school, the financial reality fair, which was a day that um the police and fire and credit union I think came and they ran a reality fair for uh the juniors and seniors. Um so that was a great day, good opportunity um for uh for students to get a chance to to you know really forget about everything else and focus on their a job and how much money things cost and the reality and man I wish I had cell phone insurance or I wish I had this I wish I had
023that. Um Melanie and I ran the table there with the wheel where it was like the wheel of reality where you spun and sometimes it was good sometimes it was bad. >> Um >> a lot of speeding tickets >> lot of 85 it's only $85 for the speeding ticket too. So, so you know, it was it was a really good day. We appreciate that and the opportunity um to to participate and volunteer. They're always looking for more volunteers. Um National College Decision Day on May 1st, opportunity for our kids to to celebrate that as well as our sports and music signing day that took place two weeks ago, I believe. You know, it's a great day and uh nice flare here in terms of adding the music side of things and students that are going
024on to continue with that as well as the athletics. We're proud of all of them. And I know uh we had students to so the students on the right hand side are students that were presented here last time with Mrs. Trout to talk about the the KU program. The ones on the left are our newbies. These are the new four new students that are heading into the program uh home of future Golden Bears there and partnered with that same program that uh that we heard about from Mrs. Trout uh to get them ready. So they'll next year they'll be heading up to Kutztown three times a week and then they'll be in our schools helping our classrooms. So again great things going on. Dreaming forward our students I don't see Ruth here tonight but um
025she had a she yeah she's a part of the group there are down at the IU leading that work. Um FBLA state leadership the Broadway workshop students that our student my musical students that went into New York for for two days had a partly a Broadway workshop uh as well as a performance. So again, lots of really good things going on. Stars of the night dance, the first year of this. I know there's lots of great um hopes and aspirations to move this forward to include uh other schools and other opportunities. Alicia, I see you smiling. Great night. >> What we had anticipated, we actually had a followup meeting. We don't think we're going to expand it to other schools. One of the reasons why it worked so well is that the kids felt so
026comfortable and so confident. Everybody that was invited knew the kids knew them and they just had a fantastic time and they all got like their own special moment. It was just a blast. Cool. So, we're definitely going to do it again next. >> Great. Thank you. And that's an alumni that's back DJ there I see in the picture. Yeah. Kieran. Yeah. >> Yeah. Is Kieran gonna be at special All right. Thank you. I noticed on the way by there aren't any public comments on action items or any public comments at the moment. So I'll move on to approval of tonight's agenda. >> Motion. >> Second. Any discussion? Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? Okay. Move on to the approval of the April 9th, 2026 school board meeting minutes. >> Motion. >>
027Second. >> Any discussion? All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? >> Okay, we have no items under old business. So, we'll move on to new business. Starting with >> President, can I make a motion to approve the personnel report in its entirety? That is the resignations, the appointments, and the leaves of absence. Do I have a second? Second. I don't I feel like I'm missing something. Oh, got it. Okay. Any discussion? >> Dumb question. The the athletic personnel, the athletic um workers. That That's after the fact, right? That the they've already run those meets, right? >> Yes. >> Right. Yeah. Okay. Anyone else have any other questions? Uh, all in favor? >> I Any opposed? Okay, we'll move on to action items. >> Madam President, can I make a motion? >> Can I make
028a motion to do action item A? Motion to approve Kelly Pediatric Therapy. >> Second. Do we have any discussion? >> I do. I had a question about that. So, um we have do we have our own um speech pathologist that we pay directly? >> Yes, we do. But we also contract out with it used to be PTS, now it's Kelly. Um it's they just took over the organization. But that's for substitutes as needed or if we have like a long-term sub like we do um we contract with them so that we can fill and fill the needs of the children. >> That's what this is for. So if ours that we hired Yep. is sick or on >> and for ESY as well if there's a need there. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> Anyone else?
029Uh hearing none. All in favor? I. Any opposed? Okay. Next will be a motion to approve an educational services agreement for the following student whose name is on file at the office of the director of special ed. >> Motion. >> Second. Any discussion? Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? Okay. Um we'll move on to a motion to approve a resolution calling for increase state funding to school districts as recommended by the finance committee. Motion. >> Second. Any discussion? >> Yes. Just a reminder to our residents out there. Talk to our representatives in Harrisburg. It's the only way you're going to get tax relief and get our budgets under control. Thank you. >> I was just to parrot exactly what you were going to say. I I think that this is uh
030long overdue for for us to put out a a statement. I thought it was very well written. I'm excited that we're going to be signing that. And um to the public, it's this happens in the voting booth. This talk to your representatives. They are your public servants. So this is important. Anyone else? Hearing none. All in favor? I. Any opposed? Okay. >> Madam President, can I make a motion to do item D? The motion to approve >> D separate. Okay. For motion D, the Advanced Protection Company provides security services for client facilities, athletics, special events as needed for the 2627 school year at the contracted rate of $29 per hourly rate for holidays and overtime will be paid at the cost of 4350 for hours pennies. >> Second, any discussion? So, the contracted rate is
031up $3 and the overtime holiday rate is goes from 39 to 4350. How long was have we been using this company? Just noting the price increase. >> Yeah, I think it's >> that was in place when I got here in 2019. It's a subservice for um security. >> Yeah. And so, okay. Yeah, you might not have the answer to the question, but is this is this a service we can shop for or are are we pretty set with this particular company? >> Yeah. >> I mean, I think we could explore other options. I'm going to be frank. I think we're probably going to find the same very similar prices if not higher. Yeah. >> Um but that's certainly something we could do. >> And did we anticipate this price increase? Is it kind of like
032a standard? Like I don't know. I don't remember the price increases to in prior years. >> I'd have to go and pull them peg to see like what they are over time, but I think that all of our um contracts for contracted staff have increased. So I think it stands to reason. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Okay. Uh anyone else? Hearing none. All in favor? I. >> Any opposed? Okay. Motion carries. >> Okay, I'll try this again. >> Okay, >> let's try and do E. Motion to approve the contract renewal for St. Luke's Pen Foundation provided for 2627 school year in the amount of 126 per month per employee 6852 annually and the motion to approve the addendum to the agreement between the Upper P School District and ESS Northeast for 2627 rates for substitute
033teachers support staff. >> Second. Thank you. Any discussion? Hearing none. All in favor? I. Any opposed? Okay. Motions pass. >> Present. >> Yes. Can >> we approve motion? Make a motion to item G. Motion to approve the 2627 school-based access program services contract with the MCIU. H. The motion to approve the following curriculum adoptions is listed on the agenda. And I to approve dual enrollment agreement with Reading Area Community College is recommended by EPS. second. >> Thank you. Uh any comments? >> Yeah. Um I am hopeful these will be approved and if so um are we GH and I Okay. Um I just wanted to give a shout out for dual enrollment classes specifically. Um, I think that sometimes parents don't have enough information about dual enrollment and or students maybe don't um always understand
034exactly what that means. Typically, dual enrollment is a third of the cost of your college credits. Um, the minute you graduate, the minute you turn your tassel, um, the the price for this goes up. Um, and it is so uh beneficial to get these credits during high school. And you don't have to be a special student. You don't have to be in a club. You don't have to join like for, you know, an entire program. Um, you can just get the the credits that you're interested that in that you want. Um, and most colleges typically is like a check of the box. You have these credits, yes or no. They check the box. That saves you a lot of money in college. So, um I am going to be thrilled if these are approved and
035especially I wanted to thank Mr. Flanigan for um pursuing this agreement with RACK for the um actual the pro it is available to graduate with an associates degree with an associates degree before your high school graduation. Be clear on that and shout it from the rooftops. tell your friends this is amazing and I have seen it happen with my own eyes. In fact, I was a little stunned. I said, "Wait a minute. This kid is graduating in March with um at a different district." But graduating in March from um a community college with an associates before walking for high school graduation. It is an amazing step up and it helps um students to be able to graduate the full program of college faster, easier, cheaper. So that's my little >> That's a good spiel because
036that's really cool. Yeah, >> very cool. >> It's uh >> Go ahead, Dr. Fina. >> Oh, sorry. >> I would just say I I I feel compelled to piggyback. Um, Upper Perk has been attempting to get an associates associates pathway the whole time I've been here. So, 11 years. Um, and Dr. Wallof and and Mr. Flanigan were able to do it in that short of time. So, kudos to them. >> Good job. >> And I would just add on item H, and Tita, if you don't mind me just adding this, I I'm excited to see these uh curriculum adoptions um especially the women in history curriculum. And just a note to board directors that CD and E do come with a price, but it's budgeted. So, but it looks very exciting. So, thank you. >>
037Yeah, when we heard about them at EPS, they were they sound really fun. >> Yep. All right. Uh, no other comments. All in favor? I. >> Any opposed? Okay, >> Madam President. >> Yes. I'd like to make motion for Jay to approve the agreement for Buxom County for academy for 2627 academic school year for student enrollments at the rates listed on the agenda. Motion to approve the following Chris staff for the 2526 school year also listed on the agenda. >> Second. Any discussion? >> All right. Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. Any opposed? Okay. All right. We'll move on to letter L. The motion to approve the Upper Peru and School District 202627 proposed final budget in the amount of 88,191,297 with a millage increase of 1% resulting in a tax increase of 12.8%
0388% as recommended by the finance committee and to allow for discussion over the next month and authorization for official advertisement of its availability for public inspection at the following areas until June 18th that here at the ed center and also on the uppd.org website. Could I have a motion? >> Motion. >> Could I have a second? >> Second. >> Thank you. Any discussion? >> Sure. Um Okay. I'll I'll say quickly I want to thank my uh fellow board directors and the board directors who attended the finance committee meetings for um digging into this deeply. Um I I felt like no question went unanswered or explored and Drew, thank you also for providing information and data and numbers which I know you love doing anyway um at our at our whim. Um so this this where
039we are tonight did not come easy. Um, I hope that the the public can hear that. Um, but like uh Melanie said at the beginning, this is a starting point and uh the conversation will continue. Thank you. >> I would just echo what Melanie said in her president's report and what Trina just said and uh as I mentioned to some board members. um conversation with the community is going to be really important and and rolling this out so they understand what is happening and how it happens. Um two weeks ago we read in the town and country that there's a surplus. This is going to be confusing. So we we really need to educate the community so that everybody understands the process and what's happening. So, just want to reiterate that. So, thank you. >>
040Anyone else? >> Sure. I'd like to thank the administration for helping trim their budgets before getting it to us and giving us the final decision on trimming it some more. Um, we know it's a difficult process and I know that for the past few years, we've been getting better at it. uh historically years ago, you know, more than eight years ago, probably starting eight years ago, our swings were going way to either side. We have narrowed this down as we just said, as Peg just said, you know, as reported, there's going to be a $2 million surplus. Years ago, that was five, $6 million one way or the other. Now, we are narrowing in and refining this. So, the public also needs to know that. Um, but thank you and we'll make better we'll make
041more decisions in the coming weeks. >> Anyone else? My president's report stands. I don't know that I can say anything else about it. >> Uh, so if there's no more comments, all in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? Okay, motion carries. Thank you. I don't believe we have any new follow-up items. I don't think I saw anybody walk up to see that there's any more public comments. So, I move on to board comments. Do we have any to board comments? >> One. >> Okay. >> As mentioned during the presentation, uh Western Montgomery Technical Center Senior Awards are next week, next Wednesday at Potts Grove. Uh if you have students or if you're interested in seeing it, it's a nice evening. Uh two years ago, we held it here. Last year, we held it at Springford.
042Um, come out and see your stu see the students that you might have part-time. If you're educators, you know, if you have kids, please come out and see your kids. Thank you. >> That's possible of middle school 7 o'clock, not the high school. >> You didn't say either way. I just wanted to clarify >> it's the middle school. >> All right. Anyone else? >> Yes, please. >> Oh, you want to go? >> Pick one. >> Okay. Uh, I was just going to mention the um the letter from Representative David Maloney about flying P flags. I just was wondering um if we could consider what if we want to talk about this in committee or if admin will just will make a recommendation. I don't know. I just wanted to bring it up. I don't know
043if um if that's a conversation you would like to have. So, I just wanted to highlight that. >> Okay. Okay. Um, I would like to first of all give a shout out to, and I'm going to embarrass her because she's here tonight, to Kate Netderline for resurrecting the All Sports Booster Club, and they are now functioning in the positive. So, thank you, Kate. It was a yman's job and really appreciate all your effort and your hard work. Um, apparently none of you have looked in your folders because nobody has mentioned that this Sunday is the Red Hill Band concert. So, uh, Sunday, this Sunday, 2 o'clock at the high school auditorium is the, uh, Red Hill bands traditional spring concert. We kick off our 126th season. Um, I didn't play in all 126, but uh,
044>> pretty many pretty close to it. Yeah. And more important than that is tomorrow night is the at 7 o'clock in the high school auditorium is the final coral concert that Dr. Mark Thomas will be leading. So I hope everybody can come to that concert to see farewell. Thank you. >> Thank you. Uh anyone else? Hearing none. I would >> to adjourn. >> That's what I want to say. Second. >> All right. Any discussion? All in favor? I >> and any oppose? I don't think so. Thank you all and we will adjourn.
